The 2,900-square-foot abode can accommodate up to 16 travelers; a king bed, three queen beds, and four double beds are provided. Rented this condo during the first week of July for a mini family reunion of grandparents, siblings, and cousins. While we were initially impressed with the cleanliness of the condo, we were very disappointed to discover fleas on the carpeting and possibly furniture. We basically lost a day by time we made the rental company aware of the problem, they sprayed, and the subsequent waiting period for us to re-enter the condo.
May not be a good rental for people with small children or elderly guests as the stairwells are a little tricky.
It is a very family oriented complex and great access to the beach.
