Wonderful large upscale Villa at Ocean Isle Beach.

This villa is a beautiful 2nd row, 4BR/4BA Islander Villa is the closest unit in the entire Islander Resort to the Oceanfront Pool at the Isles Beach Club. The Isles Beach club also serves as your beach access. If you stay in another Islander Villa, you will walk further during your stay at Ocean Isle, unless you want to load the kids and your stuff into the car every morning! Several units promote nearness to the other beach walkway, but beware (if you plan to use the Ocean Front Pool and restauant), these units are a car ride to the pool. The 4A Becky Villa is conveniently close... to the pool and the poolside beach access. There are also 3rd row units which can be a long walk to everything.

The luxurious Villa shares the same floorplan as all Islander Villas, with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Three of the bedrooms have private baths and the fourth bath also serves as the hall bath. Each large building in the complex has only 6 units in them, one on each side of the building and 3 levels. The unit in our group is on the lower level. The stairs and elevators run through the center of each building, so each unit has private access, decking, and balconies.

Access to the Isles Beach Club is included with your rental. The Beach Club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, and Tiki Bar, as well as outside seating for the Isles Restaurant.

Adjacent to the Isles parking lot, the walk from the Villa to the beach club is a breeze, and West First Street dead ends into the Beach Club only 4 houses down from the Villa. With only 4 houses past the Villa, the dead-end street does not have a lot of traffic and is a great place for the kids’ bikes or scooters, or to have a family game of cornhole.

There is a nice private and nice-sized covered balcony deck with chairs and rockers, which is displayed in the building photo.

The Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed and TV, with separate sinks and an oversized jetted tub with shower in the master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and its own microwave and mini-fridge. The ‘kids’ room’ has 2 double beds, and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed with a TV, and a large separate armoire for extra storage.

The comfy family room includes a new 40” flat-screen HDTV with DVD player. The family room also offers a sleeper-sofa couch, love seat, and a leather chair/ottoman

This Villa Condo is located on the upscale west end of Ocean Isle Beach. The complex is called Islander Villas and is one of the more upscale groups on the island and includes a large complex Ocean Front Pool with adjacent restaurant. The units are large and include elevators. There are several rows of units.

Weekly prices include cleaning fee of $100 (mandatory in summer). Sales tax is added and is 12.75%. There is a refundable security deposit of $300. There are no other fees.

Daily rentals in April, May, September, and October require minimum 3 night stay.

This home rents Sat-Sat. No reservation fees. Surcharges may apply during Holiday periods.
