Whata Gift is just the perfect beach house in the perfect location. Directly next to the beach access, and so many of the windows provide wonderful views of the beach. The house was clean and comfortable, and the owner provides the most generous arrangement I've experienced -- sheets and towels are in the house, and included in the rent -- and they are plentiful. In addition, there are 2 bikes and many many sand toys, boogie boards, kites, beach chairs. The kitchen, as other reviewers have said, is huge and stocked with any kind of cooking equipment you could possibly need. What a bonus! We hope to stay here again, and I recommend it.

My family of 10 (my husband and myself, our 2 daughters, their husbands and 4 children - two 5-year olds and two 7-year olds) just spent a week at Whatta Gift. This was our first visit to Ocean Isle Beach but definitely won't be our last. Connie was wonderful to work with and the house was just as shown in the pictures and described on Vrbo. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly have needed, even for my son-in-law's big feast he cooked for us on Thursday. We opted to purchase the linen package and this proved to be a good decision. The linens were first quality and there was more than enough. The view is indescribable and the location was perfect for our family. Almost every day we were able to watch dolphins playing from the deck or out the windows. We were blessed with beautiful weather as well and the grandchildren actually played in the ocean almost every day which was a pleasant surprise for the first week of april. There was nothing more we could have asked for during our stay - the Styers' have thought of everything. I highly recommend this rental and do plan to stay here again on our next trip to OIB.
