Bedding: Double/Single, Double/Single, 2 Doubles, 2 Doubles, 2 singles in small 5th bedroom. Can sleep up to 16. Nightly rentals available on shoulder season only, 2 night min. **NON-SMOKING** Linens may be purchased for an additional fee.

Nice open living space. Was great for a family get together. Large table and breakfast bar plenty of seating space for meals. Child safe deck on the back with plenty of rocking chairs closely spaced rails and gate. Nothing fancy its a comfortable, airly beach cottage with beautiful ocean veiws. Plenty of parking too.

This location is wonderful, but the house is only average. The beds are not very comfortable, the living area is small, and the appliances are not reliable - oven thermometer is way off, icemaker doesn't work. But, to be on the beach is an over-riding plus. Having a swimming pool next door is very noisy and reduces what little privacy these small lots afford. We will look for a house that does not have a pool next door next time.
