On two and a half private acres. Small village atmosphere. Fronts the ocean. Driveway crosses a small stream to access the property. No immediate neighbors to the north. Trees, stream, dunes and ocean view. Beach is a short walk through our property. No houses between you and the beach.

- Damage deposit - $200 - Security Deposit
- WA State Resort Tax - 9.8% of rental - Tax - Yes, you have to pay tax on all purchases in WA State, even Hotels and Vacation Rentals and it is higher than standard sales tax.
Additional notes from owner
Cleaning fee is different if you rent upstairs (75.00) or whole house (125.00). It is a one time fee and is the same whether you stay 2 days or 2 weeks therefore rewarding longer stays, dog/pet fee is one time 25.00 per pet per stay, taxes and their is a 200.00 security/damage deposit required that is refunded to you after your stay on the condition nothing was damaged or destroyed (so far, we have had great clients who treat our home with care and respect). The upstairs portion is the main part of the house and sleeps 6 in comfort. Add downstairs area with 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchenette) for larger groups - not rented separately. Downstairs is not accessible from inside the house but the front stairs are covered and out of the weather. See website for details.

Our family of 8 adults and two children enjoyed the home! Not only was it very clean and roomy, it was situated with a beautiful view of woods and the ocean, with a short walk to the beach!! Although the setting is secluded and private, it was also within walking distance to the store and restaurants!! We enjoyed our stay so much, we're doing it again this year in august! We highly recommend it!

Looking for a change of pace for the holidays led us to seek out a rental home near Long Beach. It's a lovely home with all of the amenities; pet friendly and a great view! Not too far away from the city center and direct access to the beach. Owner is very communicative and helpful. Enjoyed it so much, we're doing it again this year!
