Summer of 2012 was the first time I stayed at Old Orchard Beach. We rented the cottage above both sides for our family, it worked out perfectly. The cottage was very accomodating and clean. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and a safe and pretty one at that. (Suggest to bring one of those beach wheelers or a wagon or cart of some sort to tote stuff.) I am looking forward to going again this summer and have all intentions of bringing the grandkids. The best part is that it is far enough away from the amusement park that the little ones didn't know it existed until the treat towards the end of vacation. or a rainy day type activity. Yard is huge and great for pets. Neighbors very friendly as well.

We enjoyed staying in this cottage as it was exceptionally clean and welcoming for our family. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a wonderful family beach, as well as the Old Orchard Beach Pier. It was a great value and we would not hesitate to stay again.

We have stayed here for many years. The cottage is a perfect getaway and well cared for. The location is very quiet and peaceful. Short walk to beach and the old fashion soda fountain...can bike through paths in the woods. Close to the Pier and other attractions. We love it !!

We have stayed in this well-cared for cottage many times over the years and loved the shady, quiet location. Lots of room for the kids to play safely in the yard or ride their bikes on the dead-end street. The screened-in porch is a lovely place to read a book, have dinner or relax with a glass of wine. The family-oriented community has an ice cream store, gift shop, library, tennis courts, and, of course, the beach, all within an easy walk or bike ride. This cottage and family-oriented beach community remains a favorite for our family!

I have stayed at this cottage for many years in a row. It is in a very peaceful location in the woods, but within walking distance of the beach. It is a great location to build family memories. Downtown Ocean Park is filled with friendly people and fun. Old Orchard beach and FunTown are just minutes away. It is also an easy drive to many other Maine attractions, e.g. Portland, Freeport, etc... I look forward to spending more time at this cottage in the future.
