Expansive & beautiful water & wetland views from every window in this spacious 4BR/4BA condo. The amenities in the community are pool, hot tub, 2 tennis cts., basketball ct., volleyball ct. & workout center. Also, ensconced within this community is a 9 hole golf course. This condo sits on hole 9. If you like kayaking, bring yours. There is a launching area from the community into Indian River Bay.

This community sits within a 420 acre sight repleat with large ponds and nature trails along with the amenities mentioned above. Dining whether it be fast food eaten in the restaurant or brought back to the condo, or if you wish to dress up and go out for a formal dinner, all can be had in a 5-10 minute drive from the community. Other beach & entertainment locations that you & your family may desire to visit such as, Ocean City, MD to the South, or Dewey & Rehobeth Beaches to the North are all also with a 15-20 minute drive from the condo.
All in all the location of the Bethany Bay community in which this condo sits is in itself a great location for summer enjoyment but at the same time is centrally located for your ability to visit all the other desireable locations in the Maryland-Delaware Resort area.
