A great place for rest and relaxation, this lovely home is just a short drive from the beach. Situated in the quiet community of Country Estates, the residence includes a screened porch, wonderful wooded lot, and master bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower.
Feel free to bring along your small dog, though a pet deposit is required. When you arrive, you can park your vehicle in the two-car garage. This place served us well. We like:
1. Outside shower
2. Gas Grill
3. Porch to eat on (though screen was broken and it was not bug free
4. Washer and dryer
We are not a party group. Family with 3 kids and tag a long uncle. we need basic kitchen, tv watching area, and beds. we spend all day, every day at the beach and eat at the house each night and this did the trick.
issues were: big spot on carpet near from door, no wifi!
This was our first time in this house but we do similar places every year. by that I mean, 1 mile from beach, all good items listed above.

House was much nicer and larger than it appeared in the ad. Pet friendly. Very comfortable, lots of room. We got our key and pet security deposits back--that goes a long way with me. I would have given it a five if the carpeting had been recently cleaned--spots left by previous renters' pets were very obvious.

This is a wonderful rental property! It is a huge home, with every ammentity imaginable! The outside shower was wonderful, as well as the huge living room, dining room,kitchen and family room! The master bedroom bath was like one's own personal spa! Huge whirlpool tub and separate shower! We are definitely going to return! This was a vacation will will remember and treasure for the rest of our lives! It was so nice we could take our beloved Cocker Spaniel with us too!

Very nice house, quiet neighbourhood.
Only negative points: Route 26 may have traffic at time. Information about trash pick-up was not up to date and in result, we got stuck with the garbages from previous renter and had to leave them to the next one.
Other than that everything was perfect. -

Check-in was easy, the house was beautiful and comfortable, pretty much as described. We pointed out two items, one that needed fixed and one amenity that was listed that no longer was there, and Wilgus changed it on the internet and fixed the outside shower upon our departure. Wilgus was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The property was comfortable and we had a great time.
