Situated in the quiet golf community of Bethany Bay, this nice three-bedroom condo overlooks wetlands. Stay here and you're close to boating, fishing, jet skiing, and more.
Two bedrooms and two baths are located on the main level; spiral stairs lead to the third full bath, a third bedroom, and a sitting area. If you start to sweat, you can cool off by turning on the central air conditioning. Wireless Internet adds to the unit's modernity, and the fully furnished kitchen will make your stomach happy.
Local attractions include the Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, the Bethany Beach boardwalk, and golf courses.

The house itself is clean when we for there. But having 8 peoole in the house only have 5-6 plates, bowls, cups was a pain. They were lacking a lot of kitchen stuff. Coffee maker wasn't working so I had to drive all the way to the office and pick one up. We were told that we can fish in the area because it's on the Indian River but it was disappointing to know that we couldn't. Since this is the only reason why we picked this place. The lady that works in the pool was very rude, not just to us but I hear people started complaining. She constantly yelling at kids and even my daughter that I learned after we left the place. She was not apologetic about the situation and argues with tenant. But all in all the place was ok. But for sure will not rent at this resort anymore but still use Wilgus.

We stayed in a two story condo that was modern. One of the first things I noticed was a big stain in the middle of the carpet. The second story was only accessible by a small circular staircase (not recommended for elderly folks). However, there were two bedrooms on the first floor. It was located in a golf community near Bethany Bay. A pool was a five minute walk from the condo and the kids enjoyed it.
My biggest issue was with checking in. It was not explained to me clearly when I would be checking in, the office would be closed and there would not be a person to check me in. What made things worst was, in spite of using three GPS devices, I was not able to easily locate the main office. I literally drove around until I stumbled into it. I did actually meet someone during checkout and they were very pleasant. All in all it was a good time. -

Nice resort and nice rooms, but the loft room was very warm. I looked around and there wasn't a return vent in the loft which would be beneficial. In general there was limited return vents in the entire unit

Our stay at this property was really a thrill! Everything works great and it was really a Home away from Home.
The only sour spot was that we were given just 1 Pool Pass for 4 adults. The magnanimity of the Pool Operators allowed us in the first day. On the second day, we got another 1 Pass and still the Pool people were nice to us. The remaining 2 Passes was eventually given to us after we already went and left the Pool, which served no use.
In general, the environment was very beautiful and the people in the community were very friendly especially Ms. Peggy who works at the Pool; she also gave us her Canoe to paddle.
We will definitely recommend the property to our friends (which we already did) and would visit there again. -

Rental check in and out was organized and helpful. Our unit was family friendly and clean. Beds are comfortable. nice community.
