water full ocean views from 3 balconies, 2 patios and floor to ceiling
windows. It is located right off of Hwy 1, 2 miles south of Pismo
Beach.
This spacious home has 3500 sq. ft. including 4 bedrooms and 3
bathrooms. This home will sleep 12 people in beds and it includes a
high-chair. In the fully stocked kitchen with a center island and
breakfast bar, you have both a microwave and a convection oven.

Our home is located 2 miles south of Pismo Beach off of Hwy 1. You can walk from our home on the beach to the pier.

Left on 03/25/2013 for a stay in March 2013
10 long time friends gathered in early March 2013 and stayed at this great condo. The ocean view was awesome at any time of the day. There was ample rooms and sleeping areas for the everybody and 3 bathrooms. Multiple areas to spread out allowed for reading, tv watching, card playing etc. The kitchen facilities provided us with everything we needed and the ice maker kept up with our needs.
Parking is an issue if you have more than two cars, but can be easily worked out. The BBQ may leave something to be desired but did not hamper our enjoyment of the condo at all. A great place to stay!
