Stayed hear with family and friends for an early holiday get away weekend. The house was amazing with more room than we imagined and right on the ocean. We really didn't think we'd find a place big enough for our group that would let us just do a weekend. Beach Front Only has the most helpful staff and were completely flexible with when we wanted to come. I'll never waste time trying to sort thru all the vacation rentals on Vrbo again. This company had lots to choose from. The best part of the trip was having breakfast on the roof top deck each morning - you could see forever! Gotta love souther California in the winter.

We had the most luxurious stay in this home, all 20 of us. It was wonderful to be able to all be together, but not be on top of one another; the house is nicely laid in a way that affords both privacy and togetherness. The scenery is breathtaking and the house itself is exquisite. Wish we had stayed longer!

This is the second time I have rented from Beach Front Only Rentals. Each time the overall expeience exceeded my expectations. The reservation crew has been great in helping me make the right selection for my needs. There is not an amenity that you will be without. I'm sure if you try Beachfront like me you will want to do it again.

We apologize for this. The City of Oceanside had to come in for some plumbing and drain issues. Everything has been resolved, the trench is no longer there, and the landscaping has been put back in place.

We found this home through an internet search looking for a place to hold our region meeting. We have 15 people and the set up was perfect. We use the bottom floor for the meeting and the middle floor to prepare the meals. The amazing thing about this house is that the sound does not travel from floor to floor. We had a group on the bottom floor watching Monday night football and the rest of the group did not hear a sound throughout the rest of the house. Several team members enjoyed the fact that they could surf a few waves before the meeting and during the lunch break. The overall consensus is that we will be back next year!

This beautiful house allowed us to celebrate a small, intimate wedding with 18 guests. It was perfect for food prep by the chefs, and so lovely to have a wedding weekend with everybody in the same location. All our guests loved their rooms & the location. The place was spotless, and we hope to come back some day with our friends to celebrate an anniversary! Just perfect!

Brand new beach house with 10 bedrooms right on the beach in Oceanside. Immaculate, with high end appliances and everything you would want...two hot tubs, 5 washer-dryers, 2 great kitchens.
