This lovely two bedroom / two bath Oceanside beach rental boasts ocean views from every room! This popular North Coast Village property is situated on-the-sand between the harbor and the pier and is professionaly represented by Sandy Vacations, LLC a family owned and operated business since 1999!
The Master Bedroom features Luxury King Size Bed and Private Balcony, Cable TV and ocean views! Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin Beds with Optional King Bed upon Request. The Living Room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa with gas fireplace, Cable TV / DVD and ocean view balcony. Port-a-Cribs are available by request in your reservation comments.

This was our first time visiting Oceanside. We visited from July 3rd through July 8th. We were late in deciding to take this vacation, and we were a little anxious about the fact that this property was still available so late in the summer. It turned out to be a very nice unit with an excellent location. This unit is across the street from the main complex at Northcoast Village (we still used the amenities there) but is still steps away from the beach. Our concerns were unfounded, and in fact this location is better than being in the main complex in some ways - for instance - beach access is easier from here. All in all this was a good find.

Lovely accomodations - very high end (and spotlessly clean!). We had everything we needed and especially enjoyed access to the hill-top pools (very luxurious). The setting was peaceful and beautiful...we really felt like we were in Italy. We appreciated Sandy's help via phone when we had a question. We had a great time and would definitely book with Sandy's Vacations again.

The accommodations were excellent. The view is fantastic. We were able to visit four National Parks due to the excellent location of the villa. THe pool is beautiful. Everything you need for a week is in the villa. We highly recommend it.

This was a great condo, nicer than my own home. It was very clean and comfortable. High-end finishes. It was located so close to the clubhouse with the best community pools (yes, pools plural)I've ever seen. Awesome place and would definitely rent there again.

We stayed at the V Village, True Tuscany condo for a week in October, 2008. It was perfect,you actually had two vacations in one. You enjoyed the peace and quiet of Lake Las Vegas and still had the option of the famous Las Vegas strip. It is a great location! The unit is beautiful and has everything you need to prepare great meals if you choose. The grills are very nice at the Club House. True Tuscany is a perfect location, right across from the main pool and Club House. And the view is "beautiful". I would highly recommendation this location. Working with Sandy Vacations was a very pleasant experience. We are hoping to go back someday soon.

The true Tuscany Villa is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The accomodations are some of the best we have experienced.
We especially liked the fact that we could walk to village near by or drive to the Las Vegas strip to experience the busy night life Vegas is known for....
We would definitely stay at this Villa again.
