Beautiful one bedroom/one bathroom luxury condo at North Coast Village that is just steps away from the beach and Oceanside Harbor. This is a quiet top floor condo with views of the ocean, harbor, and tropical gardens with koi ponds. This unit has very comfortable furniture and bedding as well as 2 cable TVs, VCR, DVD player, stereo, CD player, and FREE WI-FI . The kitchen is fully equipped.

The unit we stayed in and the overall complex was disappointing. The complex is aging and has deficiencies i.e. the fire alarms falsely went off in the middle of the night scaring us and the elevator failed on 3 different days. The electrical breaker to the fridge failed one evening and electrical plugs need replacing. Owner was quick to respond and arrange for the maintenance man who was very quick, courteous and efficient in making repairs. Sounds from other neighboring units were bothersome. Sliding closet doors needed repairs. The smoke detector went off frequently when we did some cooking. The major kitchen appliances were good, but the small appliances and utensils were of poor quality. The fabric on the living room upholstery had tears and was not comfortable. The large king-size bed was quite comfortable. Curtains were poor. These deficiencies should have been addressed.

This is the first time anyone complained about the condo and the complex which is one of the top destinations in Oceanside, CA. You and your wife stayed in our condo for 2 months; therefore, some malfunctions of the elevator can happen during that time, but management of the complex is aware of the problem and is currently working to fix it. I am glad you posted that we were quick to respond to any problems because we are always making sure our tenants' needs are met. I am surprised you heard noises from neighboring units because our unit is one of the quietest units in the complex; perhaps, there were extra loud vacationers in the unit next to ours during your stay because our unit is on the top floor so there is no noise from above. I am sorry the closet sliding door was not working properly during your stay - we will fix it. We will replace any small appliances and utensils that need to be replaced the next time we go to the condo. We will look into the upholstery in the living room. Thank you for posting our king size bed was quite comfortable.

I really enjoyed my week here at your condo and loved all the nice touches of home that it included. The military rate was great and the staff and amenities were exceptional. I look forward to staying here again in the future, when my travels bring me back this way. North Coast Village was an area of Oceanside I didn't know existed, but the grounds were an absolute paradise. Again, thank you.

My wife and I stayed at the Beautiful Beach Condo and we absolutely love it!
The rooms are very clean. Everything works as expected. Management was very responsive to our needs.
Jackie did a great job of making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. To us, that's very important. Who wants to go on vacation and argue with management over repairs? It's the little things that matters and when it's well managed, you never notice anything that distracts you from enjoying your vacation.
We also love the condo's location. You are literally right off the beach so it doesn't take long to get your toes wet from the time you walk out the door (3 minutes max).
My wife and I love to take long walks on the beach during sunset. We usually don't return to the condo until dark. And we feel perfectly safe doing it. We didn't see any unsavory persons hanging out by the condo complex.
We highly recommend staying at this condo. -

Jackie's condo is comfortable with and a perfect location for the beach, dining out, and so close to everything. This is so much better than staying in a hotel.
