Oceanside is half way between la and San Diego. That makes any tourist attractions in either place easily accessible. But the Oceanside area has everything that one would want for a relaxing vacation. The North Coast Village condos sit right next to the beach,and next to the marina where there are boat rentals and fishing charters every day. It is within easy walking distance of downtown Oceanside and the train into San Diego and the Oceanside pier. Oceanside has actually two street fairs on every Thursday - a morning fair mostly of produce and garden products and an evening fair of prepared foods, music and a huge variety of products. Both are Big time fun!
We have stayed in F101 for eight years and the owner goes out of his way to make sure that every guest has everything that they would need to make the stay enjoyable. The condo has everything one would want including covered and secure parking. Take your bathing suit and a tooth brush, and you will have one of the best stays you could ask for. There are two swimming pools and hot tubs - both beautiful with some of the most beautiful landscaped grounds one will ever see. We played pool and enjoyed the workout/exercise every morning. But walking the beach and picking up shells and interesting rocks is the best!

My husband and I have vacationed for the last two years in Jim's beautiful condo. It really is in the perfect complex where everything is so beautiful and perfectly maintained. We visited this year with three other couples and they all loved the location.
You can walk right out from the complex and you're on the beach and nothing but beautiful sunset views and amazing morning beach walks. Since my husband and I used to live in Oceanside we are very familiar with all of the good spots to eat and there are many as well as lots of fun things to do.
Jim's condo is so well equipped with everything that you may need and the parking is right by the apartment door. I always do my laundry when I am there and the facilities are clean, bright and very close as well.
I really could go on and on regarding how we love it here but with another return visit planned for next year really says it all.
Thanks so much to Jim for the celebratory wine and balloon for my special birthday...it made our trip extra nice! -

We stayed here a week, and i can honestly say it was one of the best vacations I have had in a long time! the grounds are beautiful as well as the pool. Loved how it was walking distance to the pier and harbor. cant wait to go back next summer.

The Condo is next to the beach, marina and a short walk to downtown Oceanside and the pier. This makes restaurants, theaters, and pubs within easy walking distance.
The 1 bedroom condo is spacious, clean, and has everything anyone could need for a great vacation. The close-by secured parking is a real plus.
We enjoyed the billiards tables, sauna and work out rooms as well as the pool and hot tub. It is the most complete vacation spot that we have found.

The condo was bright and decorated with a beach theme which we loved. Great balcony with patio furniture and an amazing tropical view with the sounds of the waterfalls...just amazing...hummingbirds everywhere!
Also the proximity to the parking spot was perfect as it was only steps away which made it very convenient.
We really enjoyed the koi fish and ponds, pool and also just steps from the beach.
We cannot wait to return!! -

This was our second stay, once in 2005 and again in 2011. Terrific accomodations, it feels like taking home to the beach for a wheek. Plan to go back as often as possible when we retire in 2 years.

Comfortable place close to the beach! The facilities at North Coast Village are very well kept as well. We loved having a putting green, pool, and bbq onsite. Lots of restaurants nearby. We had a great time staying here in Oceanside.

We thought the F101 condo in Oceanside was a perfect location for our first week of vacation in California.
The facilities at North Coast Village are excellent; great swimming pool, perfectly located at the beach near the Oceanside harbor and pier, easy parking, well-kept gardens, laundry rooms, and security walking around.
The condo was clean, well provided with all kinds of appliances - like kitchen appliances, WiFi, cable television in the bedroom etc. - and furniture required to feel at home. It was also spacy enough for a family with two teenage daughters. Although the sleeping sofa in the living room can be a bit small for large two teenagers, they both slept fine.
During our stay at Oceanside, we also had a great time visiting the Mission San Luis Rey, Sea World, the Outlet stores in Carlsbad, and even made a trip to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park.
Especially considering the price asked, F101 provides perfect accommodation for a vacation on the California coast. We would certainly recommend staying here to others. -

There were four of us staying this year in the Murray condo and we had an absolutely wonderful, relaxing vacation. The condo was fresh and clean, decorated beautifully and stocked with everything we could have needed. When you have such a nice place to stay it makes the trip so much easier to enjoy and share with friends. The reservation process was simple and very thorough and professional. I can't wait to go back next year and feel like Jim would be there for whatever is needed to help make the stay better, although I can't think of a thing! Thank you Jim, again, for a wonderful vacation ~ we really did not want to come home!

North Coast Village is one of the most beautiful condo complexes on the west coast. The grounds are immaculate and the condos are at the beaches edge and adjacent to the Oceanside Marina. They truly have it all. The one bedroom condo is completely furnished - just bring a toothbrush. The owners have made sure that their guests are lacking for nothing. We have stayed in the condo six years and have already scheduled to go back next year.
The complex is a short walk from the pier, downtown and commuter trains to either San Diego or la. One can park their car in the secured parking and leave it if they like - as we do.
There is a workout room, large swim pool, jetted/hot tub, sauna,table tennis, putting golf course, and pool tables just to mention some of the amenities. We can't wait to return each year. -

We enjoyed our visit to Oceanside. We really liked the , market Thursday morning and Thursday night!
We did not use the facilities much since we were interested in sightseeing. Wonderful towns nearby too.
We liked the close proximity to San Diego, Balboa Park, the Zoo, Torrey Pines, Birch aquarium, Botanical Gardens, etc.
The pool looked inviting but the weather was unseasonably cold. The wait to use the hot tub was worth it, once the noisy children left after 9pm. one night.
A good vacation place!

We had a wonderful time on our Oceanside vacation. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The location was central to all of the places we wanted to go. It was definately a dream vacation!!
