This gorgeous one-bedroom condo is located in a tropical, resort-like complex. Professionally decorated, the condo is steps from the beach! The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The bathroom has dual sinks and granite countertops. In the living room you'll find a flat-screen television with Blu-Ray DVD player , fireplace, and pull-out sofa. The beautiful interior more than makes up for the lack of an ocean view.

The condo was plenty comfy with all the ammentities. A short walk threw the complex to the beach. We enjoyed the complex as much as the beach. It was easy to check in and staff was very friendly. Amazing stay!

I took my youngest son for a father/son getaway in June and the whole experience-from reserving through check-out-was very positive. The complex location was great. Very convenient-whether just wanting to enjoy the beach or planning to go out and enjoy the surrounding attractions. Feeding the Koi and running on the nearly empty beach after dinner every night followed by warming up in the hot tub on our way back were the big highlights for my 7 year-old. Great complex, great location and very helpful and responsive owner/manager. Hopefully will get a chance to go back some time.

My husband and I had great time staying at the condo where is walking distant to beach and all other activities. We walk to shopping, restrauant, took rail to SanDiego the location was excellent. The only thing I wish was they should have a little more small appliances in kitchen such as blender, mixer and eatting placemate. I'll come back to stay in the future for sure.

We absolutely loved your place! Thank you so much for making even a short-term rental possible. We just love the Oceanside area, the beaches, the quaint harbor and especially this condo complex - gardens and walkways are beautifully cared for and luxuriously planted, excellent security and super clean. We were excellently informed in advance by e-mail, easy rental contract and payment made available, were able to easily find arrival point to pick-up keys and info at the condo with friendly help as well as key drop-off at check-out.
Your place was beautiful and perfectly set-up for vacationers - met every need. The beach is only a few-minute walk from the complex, the kitchen was well-equipped, definitely not the average run of the mill kitchen equipment where the forks and knives are bendable and falls apart upon first use! Great appliances, nice new coffee machine and kitchen set-up. Small kitchen, but perfectly usable.
We felt super at-home...comfortable bed, great big shower (somebody used their heads - had to be a woman - when you made that nook in the shower for shampoo and products and a place in the shower to put your foot on while shaving legs - a smart woman again!!!), relaxing living room, comfortable sofas, great TV and snuggly blankets in tv room, beach towels, boogie boards and chairs (only two chairs) and easy internet access - we were provided with user-friendly instructions for wifi-access. Thank you.
Two things missing - no oceanview from the condo or the patio - but it was still quiet and lovely - in the green! And there was not an outdoor shower at the condo complex entrance from the beach to rinse off sandy feet and boogie boards - we just stuck our feet in the water ponds of the gardens...probably not to the thrill of the gardener!! Sorry about that!

My wife and I loved the month of January 2012 in this condo. Newly decorated, fully equiped, and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The gated community is also fantastic - lovely, well maintained courtyard and totally secure and quiet. Close to everything. We got montly MTS passes and hit San Diego several times for the zoo, the harbor, Old Town, Coronado Island, etc.
It is also a short drive to Safari Park (longest zip line in the USa), Dana Point (ferry to Catalina Island, etc.), and La Jolla (segway tour).
We loved the condo, and will definately be back next winter.

We loved this Condo! Everything from the really nice upgraded kitchen & decor to the most comfortable beds ever! The location was great, right by the beach & close to shopping. We felt right at home & had a fabulous trip! Thank you. We will definately be going back.
