The view of the beach is beautiful and is shown in our pictures without telephoto monkey business, this is YOUR view from YOUR balcony. There is also a beautiful view of Oceanside harbor...boats, restaurants, fishing excursions, all a short walk.

Beautiful Oceanside California. North Coast Village is the only rental location that is on the sand of the beach. All other rentals are across a street from the sand. We are right on the beach sand. You do not have to walk across a single street to be on the beach. This is the best place in all of Oceanside to spend your vacation. If you prefer a warm pool instead of the ocean, the pool at North Coast Village is a big, large, beauty. See pictures.

Additional notes from owner
The security deposit is fully refundable if you leave the condo in good condition as specified in the contract you will receive prior to your stay. Our cleaning fee is among the lowest you will pay at North Coast Village. May 25 26 27 add $10 per night for Holiday weekend. Same for
Fathers day weekend, June 14 15 16. Same for July 3 4 5 6 7 period. Same for Labor day weekend Aug 29 30 31 and Sept 1 2 3.

This was a very nice, clean condo with a great view of the ocean and harbor. Owners were very helpful upon check in to show where to park, keys, etc. Had a nice selection of menus from nearby restaurants that was very helpful. Complex was nicely landscaped and easy walk to beach.

We stayed in condo F209 for the month of February and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is furnished with everything you will need and is decorated very nicely. All the furniture is of good quality and the bed very comfortable. You will surely feel very comforable in this unit as we did.

My husband and I stayed at North Coast Village, F-209 last May. We leave in San Diego but had never stayed at NCV before. We had a great time. F-209 was a very clean condo, comfortable king bed, and a brand new shower. The beachy theme decor was very cozy and bright. We had a spectacular view from both the bedroom and the living room where we could enjoy the sunsets as well as the harbor lights. We fell asleep each night to the sound of the ocean waves and can hardly wait to go back for another wonderful beach vacation.
