Premium beach-front two bedroom/ two bath, end unit cottage. A gorgeous, ground-level unit with views down the beach and coastline. One of the BEST locations in the complex. Steps from the sand and surf. The cottage has recently been remodeled with new stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new paint. It has a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter top and a beautiful terracotta tile floor; Jacuzzi tub in the main bath room; and flat screen TV's and and wireless internet access.

The North Coast Village condominium complex is located at 999 North Pacific Street, in Oceanside, California. Our beautiful beach front complex is located next door to Oceanside Harbor, with quaint Cape Cod style shops and a variety of restaurants. There are a number of activities available at the harbor including boat and jet-ski rental, sailing lessons, whale watching tours, deep sea fishing adventures and more.
Oceanside Beach Vacations offers a variety of vacation rental condominiums to suit your particular needs. Our vacation rentals are located in a 24 hour secured, exclusive beachfront complex with direct access to wide, white, sandy beaches. North Coast Village is conveniently located between San Diego and Newport Beach and close to Legoland, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Disneyland and Mexico.
Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV/DVD, stereo/CD player, telephone, linens, towels, beach gear, cozy fireplace and balcony or patio. Hi-speed internet access in most units. Other amenities include excellent surfing, putting green, laundry facilities, recreation/party room, fitness center, Ping-Pong and billiards. This was a very clean, newly remodeled unit. We have a family of 4 and were very comfortable there. We would definitely go back and recommend it for a very satisfying vacation stay!

Just left this condo. We want to go back! Check in was easy. The condo was ready to go: Boogie boards, chairs, and beach towel, along with some beach toys. If your staying more than a few days make sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. This condo is nice and relaxing, felt like we were at home. The location is great. Just steps to the beach, and nothing beats the view of looking out your back door and seeing the ocean and the peir. At the night the stream by the bedroom window sings you to sleep. The facility is georgeous, a tropical retreat. Wish there was a little more things to do close by. But we were on vacation to just kick back at the beach and relax. So this was just the place for us.

We do not want to check out of this place! We will be back next year as all three of our children are going to enroll in surf camp again next July. We were all very happy with the location of this condo and the very easy accessibility to the beach and also to the beautiful lush grounds at this complex: North Coast Village. Loved the coastline view from the back patio deck. We all rented bikes and rode them all over, including to our surf camp which was located at the harbor, just a 3 minute bike ride away from condo (or we could have just walked the beach right from our condo and been there in less than 10 minutes.)Everything is so close to this condo! The beach is literally steps away! The restaurants and shopping are so close you can walk or ride bikes there or drive car, of course, as well. The complex is very private and secure. I liked that this complex is gated so cars and pedestrians alike may only access with keys or codes. So happy we booked this place. Thanks Joe and family for being great Landlords! Everything we needed was provided and all questions we had about property during our stay were graciously answered. We are picky travelers... you did not disappoint!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and nicely appointed condo. The description was accurate, and we were impressed with the amenities and location. You can see the pier from the back deck. The owner was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for beachfront accommodations in Oceanside .
