This 2 bedroom + loft condo sits right on the beach, overlooking the ocean. Watch the dolphins, surfers and awesome sunsets. Private beach only shared with downstairs neighbors allows you to have private BBQ's on the beach. With 2 bedrooms + loft and 2 bathrooms this is ideal for vacationing with one or 2 families. Located about 3/4 mile South of the Famous Top Gun Pier makes for wonderful strolls in the sand. This unit is designed to live in it, not just visit. You will not want to leave!
