Grab your binoculars and your Tommy Bahamas Beach Chair - and in 40 steps you'll be on the sand watching the porpoises - whales - dolphins and surfers frolick in the surf. This is Oceanside California - home to some of the most world's most famous short board surfing beaches. The beach is wide - sandy - clean and includes lovely amenities like summer time life guards -year round fire rings - bbq tables - volleyball nets - beach playground on the sand - one of the largest municipal piers in the USA - a small quaint harbor - tons of restaurants, shops - theatre - outdoor amphitheatre - and more.

Our million dollar condo is yours to enjoy for 4 seasons of the year - minimum rental periodis 90 days - max occupancy is 6 persons - no exceptions. NO pets and no smoking is permitted anywhere either inside our unit or in the common grounds by HOA authority and deed restriction. We are simply and elegantly appointed. We REMODELED this year - and spent a fortune tearing everything from the 80's out - and opening it all up. We have custom stone floors and bathrooms - with granite counters - updated lighting - paint, texture, appliances all brand new. - light colored beach motif stuffed wicker furniture - leather recliner - soothing accents - extremely comfortable beds - flat screen tv's - hi speed WiFi - Expanded Cable - our unit is a corner ground floor which means there are no stairs to navigate. It also means there is NO ONE on 3 sides - one unit above - and very large patio to enjoy our bbq - our patio table and chairs and our loungers - Parking for 2 cars in our double gated security garage -with elevator service to the residential level.

This is NOT a short term vacation rental. 90 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS is the minimum permitted by DEED RESTRICTION -strictly enforced. NO SMOKING is all a DEED RESTRICTION anywhere inside or outside this community including private residences.

NO PETS - our rule - and also strictly enforced.

There is NO tax on our rentals because they are more than 30 days long - there is a basic after rental cleaning fee of $250 non refundable - which includes reasonable amounts of laundry - and an insurance fee of $69 which gives you $3000 in accidental damage protection through a major travel insurance carrier - also non refundable. Utilities are included up to a MAX of $100 in gas and electric usage. Overages will be charged back to you.

Our multi generational family (Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad and 2 kids) spent 20 years enjoying this vacation home and making lasting memories- and now we are offering it others to build their family vacation history.
