My husband and I along with our three children enjoyed our stay at 809A more than I can say. The property was extremely clean and so beautiful! The sound of the ocean along with the view (including the dolphins:) were nothing short of magical!! Thank you beachfront rental for an amazing trip!

This is the 2nd year that we have stayed at the house for an entire week as an extended family. The cousins love being together all the time. The house is well designed with great ammenities and met all of our needs. We can be together as a family for breakfast, then go out on the beach for a while and then back together in the evening to play games or watch a movie. The house is just a few steps out to the beach. It's a great way to be together as a family. We have to come back next year.. and the next year... and the next year (at least that what our daughter says.)

We had a family vacation on short notice (reserved about a week prior to check in) and everything turned out smooth. The paperwork and logistics were taken care of by a friendly and courteous representative and everything was just easy. The property was better than adverstised and was more than sufficient for 10 people (4 of them children 5 years old and under).
Excellent view from the property. Enjoyed listening to the waves throughout our stay. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about a family getaway. -

I loved the location. It is on a dead end so there was little to no traffic. Right on the beach.
The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook for 2 large families and even with 4 adults and 9 kids, we had room to spare.
It was very clean and well maintained. It seemed like it was brand new. The kids loved it and so did I. -

We loved the location and it was huge! We had 13 people and plenty of room to spare. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed - pot, pans, etc. The beach access was nice as was the underground parking. Kids loved the hot tub.

We rented all four units of 809 and had the best time ever! The accomodations
were luxurious... spacious, clean, well stocked, well laid out and fantastic. The roof-deck was the perfect gathering place where we could eat meals together and enjoy group activities. The location at the end of the strand was great...quite secluded from the busy-ness of the beach going public, but close enough to enjoy the pier and the Oceanside area. Loved it! -

We spent a week in this beautiful condo with our children & grandchildren. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, We had 8 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. Amazing ocean view, fabulous kitchen with everything we needed for cooking. We loved our stay here. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The sunsets were unbelievably beautiful. We would love to come back again.

Check-in was simple and convenient. The home is well-decorated and clean. The rooms each had their own vanity and there were plenty of bathrooms. Towels were provided and the kitchen was stocked with basic kitchenware. We cooked a lot. Parking on the street was ample, which was good for our visiting family and friends. The house sits less than 50 yards from the water, making for spectacular views. I got some great photos on this trip. On the flip side, because the water was so close, there isn't much sand to play on, especially at high tide. My kids loved exploring the rocks lining the beach, although real little ones had to be watched closely. There is a grassy park closeby and the pier is a pleasant walk away. We would go back sometime, but probably during the off-season again when the prices are more reasonable.

My husband generously gifted me with a weekend stay in 809A for my birthday. We invited 4 of my dearest friends from our early years of parenting that we hadn't seen since we moved away. It was a dream come true. Every woman who stepped through the door had the same response, "Wow! This place is amazing". we all loved it so much we never left our cozy haven the whole weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular view from the living room window seat; the kitchen was well stocked and accommodated all of us in there together or standing around the spacious island talking; we enjoyed hours in the outdoor,covered jacuzzi; we felt totally spoiled to each spend a few quiet moments in our own rooms and private baths. We will be making this an annual event. It far exceeded our expectations and left us more deeply grateful for a place to reconnect and continue building precious memories.

Excellent property. wonderful location. top quality and comfort. local coffee shop a pleasure. only downsides: noise from upstairs occupant (loud footsteps and balcony talking) and tide didn't go out til noon. otherwise..we'll be back!!

The reservation process was very easy. The staff was very helpful answering my questions. The house has a keyless locking system-you enter a code to get in the house. The house was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The kitchen was also very well stocked. I was impressed. Best of all, it was right on the beach! Perfect location...short stroll into town.

4. Staff were very helpful. For example, we requested information on tennis courts and they found some for us that we played on.

The washer & dryer could use a little more maintance care But I'm so clad they are there. Would have liked a little more info about services in oceanside like a Good Steak house, where is it safe to get a pedicure, or massage etc. We will be back!

We had all our children and grandchildren and this place was perfect! The location was great - the people were great - we just felt so taken care of. We were so comfortable and everything in the home was so convenient that we could enjoy each other - which is what you want in a family reunion. The only recommendations I could make are:
-air conditioning, but we are from AZ so we like our AC. But this really wasn't much of an issue being so close to the beach, and we were there at probably the hottest time - and the mornings and evenings were wonderful - so just keep the fans going in the afternoons and you're fine.
-There were just some small things, like not super good kitchen appliances, dull knives and not a very good can opener...but we REALLY cooked while we were there, so I'm probably being picky.
This was such a wonderful vacation for our family - I couldn't recommend this place more - it WAS perfect!

THIS IS OUR 3RD YEAR OF STAYING ON THE BEACH WITH BEACH FRONT ONLY, AND EVERYONE HAS BEEN DELIGHTFUL. THE GRANDKIDS CALL THE HOUSES GRANDMA BEACH HOUSE AND THEY START TALKING ABOUT NEXT YEAR AS SOON AS WE GET HOME. NEXT YEAR IS ALREADY PLANED FOR THE SAME BUILDING EXCEPT FOR APT NUMBER. IF YOU HAVE ANYONE HANDICAPED AND NEED ALL THE FACILITIES TO TAKE CARE OF THEM 809 PACIFIC AVE. OCEANSIDE ,CA HAS THEM. THE BEACH IS AWSOM FOR WALKING AND SHELL GATHERING. GOD WILLING WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR.

Our family grew up with the San Diego County Beaches. Now that we have older children and grandchildren we enjoy sharing with them the ocean experience. The "boys" love to fish, surf and generally play in the waves. Our grandchildren love to swim and make sandcastles. The condo is beautiful with all the amenities you can imagine. We hope to make the trip at least annually.

This is a great rental for those with large, extended family and friends. The 5 bedroom/4 baths make it more than enjoyable with a place for everyone and privacy as needed. Having everything provided makes it easy to just bring your clothes and move in. The best part is being right on the ocean with immediate access to the beach and wonderful breezes and views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Even though we were not able to go back in 2008 (hopefully next year), I recommended the property to a friend who rented it in 2008 and booked it again for 2009.

As parents of the bride, we hosted 50 guests at the property for a 4-day stay --deep sea fishing, walks on the beach, great dining nearby, a wonderful beach-front ceremony and then a rooftop reception into the night. We have reserved this property for the third time for summer 2008. Must really like the place! There are many pluses about this rental. One of the features I most appreciate is that the cupboards and refrigerator are stripped clean of any leftovers from the previous renter. Also there is a reasonble amount of disposables (TP, paper towels, liquid hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, bar soap, that even with a large group, you're good to go from the very beginning)!! The biggest drawback for us is that the cleaning help doesn't speak English, so you can't leave pertinent, timely info' with them. (We often have few people toward the end of the week and therefore have done a lot of laundry (not a big deal) which I suspect is repeated for lack of communication.)

The view was wonderful. We watched the dolphins from the living room. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked Thanksging and had everything we needed.
