The Oceanfront Cottage is privately owned and managed. It is the perfect retreat for long family vacations or romantic getaway weekends. With a chef's kitchen and a fireplace with wood provided, this very clean, well-maintained, well-equipped and nicely decorated cottage boasts the most spectacular view on the Oregon coast

A group of 8 of us stayed here for a long weekend in early January 2012. We all met three years ago while working as English teaching assistants in the beautiful seaside town of La Rochelle, France. Hoping to have a reunion in a place with similar weather, we chose to stay in Oceanside, or. The cabin was ideal for our stay! We did a lot of cooking, aided by the extremely well-stocked kitchen, and catching up around the fireplace. All the beds were very comfortable and, even though the setting is a little more rural, the cabin has great amenities like Wifi and cable (we took in the Cotton Bowl game one evening). The views are incredible, and the ambiance is cozy and home-like. It was the perfect place, and the town of Oceanside was just the sleepy little setting for this magical weekend. Personal thanks to Monica for helping make the whole process a stress-free experience!

This is our pick of great places to stay on the Oregon Coast. Oceanside is a quaint, quiet, beautiful getaway. The Oceanside Cottage has a breath-taking view of the Ocean, is spotless, fresh flowers in every room, and every cooking utensil you could ever want!! This will continue to be our favorite place to go for years to come.

A charming cottage with bedrooms upstairs and down, giving
two couples or other combination real privacy on a friends/family vacation. Nestled near a massive cliff on a beautiful beach and looking out at rock formations beyond the the surf gave the elements treasured on the Oregon Coast. Few towns or communities we saw along the coast could match these qualities. An aside to artisans: the handrail going upstairs is a nearly an ode to perfection. -
