Lovely Cottage feels like a one bedroom house. Lots of windows looking out at a beautiful rose garden and sweeping sunset views add to it's charm. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Oceanside, Ca. The unit is attached to the house and has a private, separate entrance..

Our lovely executive unit is a an elegant unit which comfortably accommodates the traveling businessperson, couple on vacation, or family of 4.

The main room of the apartment has a real leather sectional sofa that converts to a queen size bed. The living room features a 40" Hi def TV and has sliding doors that go out to the front yard area.

... There is a office nook with an office work space, Complete with wi-fi and cable; all included.

The kitchen features all new modern appliances including a refrigerator, 4 burner stove and oven, built in microwave, and small appliances. Dishes, pots and pans, etc are also provided.

It offers a glamorous bedroom with it's own garden view.The high end four poster bed with it's upscale linen, towels, pillows and comforter add to the luxurious feel of this unit. Everything is pristine clean and each unit has a "Scentsy" fragrance candle for that Zen feeling.

The bathroom has a spa like feel. It features a porcelain tile all newly remodeled.

The floors are all white tile and laminated hard wood which gives it an authentic San Diego feel, indicative of it's Mexican heritage. .

The bedroom has a lovely sleigh bedroom set and looks out over the rose garden

Enjoy the ocean breeze while sitting in your private patio overlooking the garden enjoying a glass of wine while viewing our spectacular sunsets. Cool in the Summer; warm in winter with few exceptions the temperature ranges between 60 to 80 degrees year round. Which makes it so comfortable for bike riding, hiking, surfing, boating, etc.

We are just 2 blocks north of Carlsbad and the 78 freeway. Close access to shopping, restaurants and the charming "Oceanside Strand" on the beach. We are just south of Camp Pendleton Marine Base which separates San Diego from Orange County. Centrally located between the two counties, one could tour Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, all within an hour from our location as well as the San Diego attractions such as the San Diego Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Balboa Park and Museums, La Jolla, National Parks, Hiking trails, Aquariums a multitude of golf and tennis courses and spas, shopping and our incredible beaches.

This is an ideal apartment for a family on vacation or a couple doing business in North County San Diego or South Orange County.

With all the golf courses, ocean and lagoon trails. This is the place to feel like you are getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. At the same time you within minutes you are anywhere you need to be in North County San Diego.

We are only 4 miles from the beach. While the rest of the country is having heat waves, we are having cool ocean breezes and sweeping sunsets. While the winter chills most of the country we still have temperate weather and can have picnics in the winter months. The weather stays temperate year round.
The Amtrak has a major stop in Oceanside which is so convenient when going Downtown, Old Town, in the south and up to Capistrano or Los Angeles, and all the stops along the way. Check out the stops on the internet.
We have lots of local attractions like Leggo Land, Old Town,Balboa Park with it's museums, gardens, Houses of Hospitality from all over the world, beach sports, fine and casual dining and only a stones throw from Camp Pendelton and the Oceanside Pier and Harbor.

We are located near Mira Costa College on the boarder of Oceanside and Carlsbad. 4 miles from the ocean, 1 mi. from the 78 freeway and 3 mi. from I-5. 4 miles from the Amtrack station and near hiking trails, bike paths, golf clubs, shopping and restaurants. There is ample street parking as well.

Additional notes from owner

The balance of the deposit is refunded in accordance of checking the inventory list. If nothing is broken, damaged or missing security fee will be refunded.
If a cancellation is made within 2 weeks of arrival the security fee will not be refunded.
Apartment must be left in the condition it was found, clean and in tact. Additional fee will be charged should the apartment be excessively dirty.

  Great Place to get away!!

  My mother-in-law booked this place for my husband and I while we were in California visiting. Zipora and her daughter, Sarah, were very welcoming and even invited us to their family BBQ for the 4th of July. They were both accomodating to any of our needs and always looking for fun things for us to do during our stay. They even accepted our small dog, which is important to us since she travels everywhere with us. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable. The kitchette was perfect and they even gave us coffee for the coffee maker in the room! We would definately stay there again! Ken and Rebekah
