Views of the Pacific Ocean do not get better than this! All your bakeware, cookware, and linens are included. There is a 2 car tandem garage and 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks and absolutely loved the location, you are a few feet from the crashing waves and can sit in the house and watch older children play happily by themselves on the beach below. The property condition is excellent, the kitchen was awesome and the managemtn team were very helpful and responsive during our stay.

What more could anyone ask for but a beautiful condo(actually 2 because we rented both 825 a&B;), great views of the ocean and a family all together! The 10 bedrooms and 9.5 baths was wonderful so we could all spread out but still be together. The kitchens were great with the updated appliances and everything you would need to prepare meals and two living rooms-one for the grown ups and one for the kids and of course the ocean and beach right out the door plus 2 hot tubs! We were even able to walk to the pier and enjoy that view, too. The only problem was the marine layer that came in and so we only got to see the beautiful sunset one night, but the days and evenings were still wonderful. We were even able to see the dolphins jumping on 2 of the mornings as we were eating breakfast. This was truly a home away from home since we had the use of 6 washers and dryers so we all went home with clean clothes! A big thank you to Nancy in reservations for always answering all of my questions with a friendly voice-I hope to get to meet her the next time we are there. I gave the check in a little lower score because I wish the time was was set a little earlier to get into the condos, so we would have more time to enjoy the whole place.

Hot tub wasn't warming up even after the maintenance people came to look at it. You might check it out because during the cooler season that's a main fun thing to do. Also, the elevator wasn't working to help get our luggage down at the end of our stay. Overall, we loved the property and had a blast! Thanks!

We were exceedingly satisfied with the house. We are definitely going to book this house again.
I have one concern though; I paid extra for a late checkout but the cleaning crew arrived at normal check out time, we felt pressured to leave and were not able to take advantage of the few hours we paid extra for. Can we be compensated for the late checkout fee? -

The house was everything I hoped for, stunning views and plenty of ocean air flowing through out the house. We were all very cozy inside the house with the super heat system that warmed the house immediately during a cold spell at the beach. I was able to entertain friends and cook fabulous meals with the Viking stove and fully stocked kitchen. Everyone was blown away with this property and asked me, when could they come back and enjoy some-more relaxing and memorable moments at this beachfront rental with the 2 huge rooftop decks and the great beds that provided wonderful restful sleep for everyone.

We had an amazingly enjoyable weekend. The unit was spotless, location excellent, and just loved the floor plan, which allowed for all 18 of us to spread out at times, and yet have ample room for all of us to join and be together on the balconies or kitchen/dinning area and not feel crowded. The two balconies were a tremendous advantage, and the management was very helpful in providing extra tables and chairs.
The rocks and beach area provided wonderful scenery for pictures! Beach is wonderful and not crowded.
We would love to come here again!
We cooked a turkey in the wonderful Viking oven. It was delicious!
The only question we have is: why wasn't there a garbage disposal? This would have been a big help, and this is our only negative comment. Everything else was top notch and very up to date!
A word of warning is do not park in the street on Monday mornings. One of our guest did get ticketed, didn't realize the no parking times were different on each side of the street! -

We could not recommend this property and Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals high enough. I am not given to superlatives, but they apply here. The location and house are amazing. The house looks brand new. It is spotless. Every room and amenity are of the highest quality. The property management was very helpful, courteous, and professional. My family absolutely loved our time. We hope to make this a regular visit.
