My husband and I planned to have a very intimate wedding with our closest family and friends on the beach. I lucked out when I came across this residence to rent. The owner was professional and quickly followed up with answers to all of our questions.
We stayed for a week and were married mid stay. The location and privacy were ideal. The home was in pristine condition, clean and included all the comforts we needed. Our wedding exceeded our expectations. We watched during dinner as dolphins jumped 100 feet off the shore and danced the evening away by the fire pit. Perfect.
We look forward to our one year anniversary when we plan on returning for another week stay! -

We have stayed at this beach house for the last 6 years and every year it just gets better and better. Our son who is now 7 has come to think of this place as a second home. He started off just playing in the sand and now he's boogeyboarding...maybe next year he'll try surfing!! We have fires each night and make smores and watch the beautiful sunsets. In the mornings, the dolphins are right out in front of us hanging out by the surfers. This truly is the perfect place to stay if you love the beach. It's not a block away...it's right on the sand, feet away from the water. You couldn't ask for a better person than Kim Dillon to deal with. She makes you feel like family!!

My husband and I decided it would be nice to rent a beach house with another family for our children's spring break this year. Although we had never been to Oceanside it turned out to be the perfect place! The kids enjoyed having a room to share and play in and the house was more than large enough to contain all 9 of us. The house is located right on the sand which is perfect because the kids loved being able to run out back and collect shells before dinner. One night we even roasted marshmallows in the fire pit! We absolutely loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing - this is truly one of the most relaxing places I have ever been and we will surely be back!
