This newly refurnished condo is a must see. This unit is the lower closest to the sand of a Triplex. Private deck right off your living room area. Great location on the sand in Oceanside, close to all the shops and restaurants near the pier area. Great for big or small families. The condos can be rented as a single 2 bedroom unit or can be rented in combination with units A and C (both A and C are 2 bedroom, 2 bath units) Prices per week are as follows for the winter season: 1500.00 for a single 2 bedroom, 4 bedroom 2500.00 and 6 bedroom for 3500.00 a week. Has a retro feel, with wonderful beachfront access. Would definately stay here again given the opportunity.

Outdoor fire pit and sandy area behind sea wall
Minimal seawall in comparison to other similar properties allows easy ocean access.
Suggestion
Steps/walkway from shower to deck to avoid sandy feet after shower

We had a great stay at this beach house in Oceanside. The service was good and informative leading up to our trip. The home was clean, and we enjoyed it. We loved that we could walk out and use the sand beach before the rocks. We enjoyed the fire pit. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you!

We would do this again. The unit was very spacious and clean with everything we needed. Nice, big porch and outside shower. Ralphs and Smart & Final nearby.

We had 21 family memebers ranging in age from 18 months to "older". Proximity to the beach was ideal - we missed Disneyland and Sea World because no one wanted to leave the beach. We had all three levels and enjoyed the spacious master bedrooms, the extra air mattresses and pull out couches. The private beach area was great for grilling and campfires! All of us would agree - it was the best!

We really enjoyed our stay at this 3 BR/2 Ba Oceanside condo. The location is great, and nearby stairs made beach access super easy. No rocks to climb over! Huge deck & private sandy yard with firepit made our family gatherings a blast. The condo is nice and clean, with a great view of the ocean. We loved it!
