Absolutely adorable 2 bedroom house on the beach in Oceanside. Newly remodeled throughout. Master bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The living room also has a queen pull out sofa sleeper. Includes dish television, DVD and out door fire pit.***Prices are subject to change for holidays and spring break***

We had my wife, one daughter, son-in-law and two of my grandchildren staying at this beach house over the Labor Day Holiday with us. We had an absolutely fabulous time. This place was very clean and comfortable and had a back yard set-up do die for. You are right there listening, feeling and seeing the surf and ocean. The ocean breezes and close proximity to everything was great. There is a covered patio, a picnic area, sand area for kids to play and in the very back a concrete patio right above / overlooking the beach and surf. We spent almost the entire time out there enjoying the sights, sounds and breezes. They literally had everything you need except for food. We had six people and had plenty of room and could have had the rest of the family had they been able to make it. There is a pull down bed in the large family room we didn't even utilize. I highly recommend this place. We can't wait to go back. ...Thoroughly relaxing place to get away from it all.

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. We have rented a beach home in the past, this one exceeded our expectations. The home is nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of extra sheets and towels. The kitchen was nicely equiped with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We ran out of propane for the BBQ, we called the rental company and they had it filled before dinner that evening. The house's best attribute was the backyard. It has a large coverd patio, a sand area with a portable fire pit and then a cement area for chairs that let you over look the ocean. Your just steps from a walk on the beach or a cool dip in the water. We would definately stay here again!

OceansideToo expensive!!
Left on 06/28/2011 for a stay in June 2010
The cable was out and it was a huge fiasco to get fixed. It was cold and over cast out so tv was the only option. Overall way too expensive.

Thank you, we do appreciate your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience of the cable going out. We do our best to make everyone's stay as comfortable as possible but certain issues are definitely beyond our control and with a situation like this we unfortunately are at the mercy of the cable company.
