We have been staying at this beach house for years, and we love it. Mostly we love that it is right on the beach, but we also love that it is far enough from the Pier to be quiet and uncrowded - but close enough that we can walk there any time we want! We also love that it has more beach front than most of the houses on this street. It has 2 rooms with huge windows and a beautiful view instead of just one (3 if you count the one upstairs.) It is not newly renovated or top-of-the-line, but it is comfortable and well taken care of. Barbara McClain Realty has always quickly resolved any unforeseen problems that we run into. As long as the price stays competitive, we will always return!

The house is lovely and obviously has had lots of great family gatherings. It was perfect for our family and everyone had their own space. The three big problems we had were the ceiling leaks (in numerous places throughout the week, a really bad sewage smell in the kitchen and the dryer being broken. I spent a good part of my vacation trying to keep containers under the dripping water, cleaning up from the leaks and then trying to stop it from smelling like mildew for Xmas dinner. As well as hitting the laundromat (five kids on the beach make for a lot of laundry) and trying to locate the sewage smell in the kitchen. I brought all of these issues to the management company's attention and they sent someone over with a monster fan to dry and dry the carpet and someone to try and fix the dryer. Both only happened after multiple calls and neither resolved the issue. When I called about the sewage smell, I didn't get a call back. Overall, it would have been nice to relax instead of scrambling to deal with this stuff all week long.

This property was absolutely amazing for our wedding. The neighbors seemed to be owners that used the property and they were accomodating to our group. The house was a great place to hold a wedding, and it even made it easy for us to have our rehearsal dinner in the same place. I hope to be able to come back to this place in the future.

The house was very nice. It had all the amenities we needed for our family including children of all ages. The location was good although there were a lot of steps down to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.
