Positive: This unit has lots of room with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large livingroom and dining area. Great view, deck off living room, nice patio with firepit.
Negative: Needs some TLC, over burns eveything, refrigerator too small, bathroom exhaust fans don't work. But overall a good experience.
