This newly refurnished condo is a must see. This unit is the top unit of a Triplex. Private deck right off your living room area. Great location on the sand in Oceanside, close to all the shops and restaurants near the pier area. Great for big or small families. The condos can be rented as a single 2 bedroom unit or can be rented in combination with units B and C (both B and C are 2 bedroom, 2 bath units) Prices per week are as follows for the winter season: 1500.00 for a single 2 bedroom, 4 bedroom 2500.00 and 6 bedroom for 3500.00 a week. Our children enjoyed their stay. They were from Oregon and enjoyed the ocean at their front door, the sandy area for the children to play on and the fire pit in the sandy area. The door code worked without any trouble and
the location was a nice quiet one. All in all it was a good experience. For our pocket book it was a bit pricy so we drove home each night and our daughter,grandchildren and great-grands stayed at the rental, we returned each morning.
