Great location, 2 short blocks to the beach yet secluded and quiet in the North redevelopment area. The home is the upstairs unit of a triplex in which all units are owned by me. This 2 bedroom plus large loft, 2 bath home sleeps 8 comfortably. Open floor plan with everything you will need for your getaway.
Enjoy a glass of wine on your private rooftop deck or have a barbecue on the front patio and enjoy a fire around the fire pit. This is a great family unit.
Three block walk to the pier or the downtown area for great restaurants or to catch the coaster to downtown San Diego and other local beach communities in between.

This triplex is only 2 short blocks from the beach and only 3 blocks to the Oceanside pier and downtown Oceanside where you will find many restaurants and the trains station, which is great for a trip to downtown San Diego and all cities in between. You are close to Legoland and Wild Animal Park. Garage and driveway parking, plus plenty of parking on the street. This is North Oceanside, which they call the redevelopment area. Lot's of new townhouses and condos around us.

What Past Guests Are Saying
The owner was great to work with during the rental process! The condo was clean and was more than we expected. We had a couple of meals and morning coffee out on the deck, the gas grill was easily accessible and the neighbors are very friendly. One neighbor stopped and said "I love what they've done to the place"! It's within walking distance to the beach and the weekly Sunset market, and is a great location for a morning run. Thank you Tricia! You have a great rental condo and I am looking forward to renting it again some day!
