This two-story (three including the top balcony) rental has a full kitchen with granite counters, travertine floors, a rooftop deck with patio furniture and a barbecue, and a balcony with a private spa! The living room, kitchen, and dining all look out the the ocean. There is a 2 car tandem garage and 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! My mother loved the view of the ocean she enjoyed walking in the sand every day and she is 88 years old. It was very relaxing the house had everything and it right on the beach we are planning to come next year

Three families, consisting of 7 adults and 6 children, ages 8-13, stayed in this lovely 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom house directly on the beach in Oceanside, CA. It was wonderful, we all agreed. There were endless possibilities for activities within a 40 mile radius. The location was terrific. We couldn't have asked for more from the rental staff, the location, and the property. We all thank you, Beachfront Only!

From the first moment we walked into the condo, we just knew it was going to be a wonderful stay. This was our wedding weekend and it needed to be perfect and perfect is what we got! From the fully stocked kitchen, to the five bedrooms, we could not have asked for more. Clean, beautifully decorated, we felt like we were the envy of people walking on the beach looking at us. Our small wedding was held on the rooftop patio at sunset and everything went perfectly! I requested a few extra chairs and when we arrived there were several extra chairs, what service! Check-out time was 10am and we stayed until 9:59am, just to savor the last moments. We would not hestitate to rent this condo again and have raved to all of our friends and family about it.

This unit was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Ample space for our family of 10, all amenities, very accommodating and professional management company. We hope to make this an annual trip.

Overall we loved our stay - great location and the layout worked for our families to be together yet have our own space... However - the spa never worked well (got warm at best) and the location over one of the bedrooms meant those below kept hearing the motor work on and off the entire night, and the ice maker stopped working. Ice maker was no deal breaker - we went out and bought some - but spa not working put a significant downside to being able to relax. It was what we all decided we wanted when looking for a rental!

In my experience with Beachfront Only, I have received excellent customer
service at just about every turn. The staff and groundskeepers were
friendly, helpful and eager to please.
The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you'd need, including a
garlic press, wok, griddle, spices, etc.
The home was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I loved the fact that
each room had it's own bathroom. This gave our guests as much privacy as
could be afforded.
The easiest thing about preparing for our trip was packing. All you need to
bring is clothing, toiletries and your favorite book, magazines and games.
Shopping for food was the only other chore we had to carry out for our
vacation. They even provided us with beach towels.
The only thing I could recommend for them to improve this property is to
have televisions in the bedrooms. This place had only one and it was in the
living/dining/kitchen area, where most people gathered throughout the
day. It would be nice to be able to retreat to your room to watch a movie,
the news or whatever you wish.

We enjoyed a week with all our family. The rental was spacious where everyone could have their own bedroom. We especially loved the front windows. What a view! The property was clean and new. A gas BBQ on the deck would be a great addition. We would rent the property again.

Could you please notify the owner(s) and let them know how much we appreciate their being willing to rent out their beautiful home. The staff at my little private preschool and kindergarten make any where from $8.50 to $17.00 an hour and would never be able to afford to vacation at such a high-end, beautiful beach home. We hope to come again next year, if it is available. Thank you for allowing me to pamper them for a few days every year. - We rented this condo during Christmas 2008. The condo is well equipped. The staff were very friendly. We had a couple of problems and the staff were there the next movement even on Christmas eve. The beach view is great. We recommend this to every one. We are planing to go back rent this condo during summar again.

Our son and his family live near L.A. so my wife, daughter, son in law, two grandsons joind our son and his family (wife and 4 fours) for a family get together. It was great. Right on the ocean, hot tub, enough room for everyone, conveniently located and at a fair price. We will certainly do this again

We recently spent 2 glorious weeks in Oceanside. A total of 9 (4 from No. Cal. and 5 from Virginia) stayed in the 5 bed/5 ba unit. The unit was beautiful, clean and had many higher-end finishes. It allowed all of us to spend time together, but also afforded areas in which to get away, either to the roof-top deck with beautiful views or the upper deck with hot tub. The beach was mere steps away, warm water and waves perfect for boogie-boarding/surfing. A short walk to excellent train transportation for trips to San Diego and points in between. I highly recommend this property.

We have a large family, and has always had difficulty finding something that was not a bit cramped in space and lacked a few bathrooms. There has always been something lacking in a house that is "right on" the beach. We have been to many different beach properties over the past 20 years, and have had a great time wherever we were. Although we loved the previous property through you in Encinitas, it was a bit of a walk down the switchback to the beach for the little ones we have. We have been to other locations where we could step out onto the beach from the house, but the beach would be very rocky with surf that broke right on the beach. This was frequently a danger to the smaller children. This property in Oceanside seems to have the best of both worlds, where we can easily get to the beach by crossing a small access road without autos. The beach itself is clean, and has lifeguard coverage. What is best is that the surf is a rolling wave that does not crash on shore. The smaller children are very safe with a gentle slope into the water for quite a distance, so that they can walk in the shallow water without the parents fearing for their safety from sudden drop offs or crashing waves. It's a bonus to have a new beach house with a bath for every room. We liked it so much that we just referred one of our friends. I think that says it all, right?

We had a wonderful time and the condo could not have been more perfect. It's beautifully appointed and the view is amazing! The pictures of the kids standing in front of the windows look like they're standing right on the beach. The house was fully stocked and very clean. The layout is great and we could watch the kids playing on the beach while we were inside, which was nice. The only negative was how far Oceanside is from things in San Diego - and Oceanside itself is not very nice. But the location of the condo itself is great - right on the beach and the dolphins gave us a show almost every day.
