This one story rental has a full kitchen with granite counters, travertine floors, a living and dining room that looks straight out to the beach, and a beachfront patio that with patio furniture a barbecue, and a private spa! There is a 2 car tandem garage and 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. The house was great. 3 of us stayed there for a month while working on Camp Pendleton replacement hospital installing all of the audiology testing booths. The house is located at the end of the strand. There are a lot of people walking/running and biking. It's a great place to watch the sunset and you will only be a 15 minute walk down the strand (little road that runs along the beach) to the pier. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and the people who take care of the rental properties do not bother you at all and are extremely nice. While there our microwave went out and they replaced it with a new one within a matter of 1 hour. The pictures really do no justice for this home. The sunset from your kitchen, dining room, patio or from the rocks 15 feet out your patio door, or the beach just past the rocks is unreal. I have never seen the sun melt away into the ocean so fast. You could literally watch it fall from the sky.

Cellphone service ( at&T;) inside the house was not available. Works fine up at the street level and on the beach. We used google voice app via wifi and had no problems. Or the home phone works even better.
If you are looking for outdoor privacy this may not be the place for you. The neighboring homes are very close. You will be on the ground floor and there are properties above and beside on both sides. We didn't have many people staying around us but when we did they were not at all a bother. Again everyone around is very nice and laid back.
The rocks out back are nice to hear the waves crashing into at high tide. To get past the rocks you have to climb down a little or walk about 2-3 minutes down the walkway.

My family, friends and I are from the Bay area and were looking for a place to spend Spring Break. Came across Beachfront Only by fluke and now it is our first stop. We drove down with 2 other families. When we arrived, we were in awe! 811B was gorgeous, spacious and modern. All the bedrooms were beautiful and most importantly, clean. The enormous kitchen had everything we needed and more. The condo is on a part of The Strand where people are not allowed to drive. This was great for the kids. Directly in front of the condo are giant boulders that the kids liked to climb down to get to the beach. The adults walked down a short distance to a path and then wrapped around to the sand in front of our condo. We could only be on this part of the beach during low tide, though, since the water eventually goes up to the rocks but the large sandy beach is only a short walk in the other direction. Many choices. We also rented quad bikes for the kids to ride on the boardwalk and had a bonfire down the beach where the bonfire pits are located. We walked to the Pier for lunch. Took only about 15 minutes. My personal favorite thing was waking up in the morning, making a cup of coffee and sitting on the couches in the bay window to watch the dolphins and surfers right in front us!! Fabulous! We also enjoyed the heck out of just sitting on the front patio visiting with our neighbors, etc. This place was the ideal location for a perfect getaway. We loved it so much we have another week booked this april at the same location for Spring Break 2013! Highly recommend!

This is our 3rd year in Oceanside - we continue to be impressed by the Beachfront Only properties - they are well maintained and well equipped. Every contact with the staff has been pleasant and any questions have been handled quickly. We have 3 generations ranging in age from 4 to 66 - and we all had a GREAT timw! Thank you for all your hard work!

Beautiful place...would definately stay again. However, the checkin time is at 4p.m. as you lose hours of your stay at either end. Checkout is 10 a.m. making everyone rush to get out before you incur a rediculous charge of $50 per bedroom if you checkin early or out late. Suggest the times be changed to 3 and 11. Just 2 hrs would make a world of difference. Otherwise the place is fantastic from the view to the comfort and cleanliness.

The internet pictures for this rental do not do it justice. The beach location is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful without being invasive. Our family had a great vacation in Oceanside. We saw dolphins swimming with the surfers almost every morning. There are plenty of activities or you can just enjoy the ocean from the patio. We are so glad we chose this condo over a stuffy closed in hotel room. It was definitely worth every extra penny! Oceanside is now one of our favorite vacation spots.

We took our family of 10 for a relaxing beach getaway! We weren't sure what to expect. Everything was picture perfect. A room and bathroom for everyone, breathtaking views, very quiet and laid-back area. It was hard to leave.

We rented this property as a retreat space, and it was incredible!! The space was more than comfortable; the word luxurious comes to mind. It was even better than we expected from the pictures. The location and view are unparalleled--home, deck, rocks, water. A lot of us just sat & watched the waves for hours. It's off the street but has plenty of free street parking in addition to 2 garage spaces. The living areas and kitchen were spacious--even for more than 10, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms plentiful. It's an easy walk to the pier and the town. We couldn't say enough good things about our experience & none of us wanted to leave--ever. The house, built for 12, has settings & linens for 12, but it would have been nice to have a few extra towels, sets of silverware, pillows, etc. The DVD connections to the TV were broken, but everything else was in great shape. You may want to give the land line number to your contacts because cell service this close to the beach is spotty.

On our last evening in Oceanside, we saw a sunset from you Beachfront condo that was spectacular. It began with the clouds breaking for a bright yellow sun which turned into dark red and then purple. It lasted for more than a hour and all of us took lots of pictures. We will never forget the sunset or the location!

We stayed at your property over the Thanksgiving holidays and had a wonderful stay. The set up was excellent in that there was a bathroom in each bedroom. The condo was very clean and well kept. We loved the glass on the front so we could look out on the ocean. Your staff was there frequently to service the condo. The reservations were very easy and the reservation team was very helpful. WE HAD A GREAT TIME. IT ENDED TO SOON!
THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. IT WAS THE FOURTH OF JULY WEEK END AND I WAS A BIT NERVOUS THAT THERE WOULD BE TO MUCH FOOT TRAFFIC IN FRONT OF THE HOME BUT THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. IT WAS CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE PIER AND ALL THE ACTIVITY THERE BUT OFF THE THE BEATEN PATH OF THE

Our son got married in Oceanside, CA, so we decided to take this opportunity to vacation on the beach in Oceanside. My family, along with my two sisters, their families recently spent 5 days at the beachfront condo located in 811B Pacific St, and we had a fabulous vacation. The condo has top of the line furnishings, appliances and design, plus a direct access to and view of the Pacific Ocean. We enjoyed the hot tub on the patio overlooking the ocean, walking to the pier for sunset viewing, as well as eating at the restaurant on the Pier. Playing frisbee with the kids on the beach was awesome. The design of the condo allowed our entire family to spend time together visiting in spacious common areas as well as plenty of private space in the 4 bathroom/4 bedroom configuration. Families wanting a beach vacation should inquire about this property. I'm ready to visit again!

This was a great place for our annual family gathering. Thoughtfully appointed, with all the amenities. Enough "private" space AND enough gathering space. With small children, only draw back is having to get down the rock sea wall to the beach. Will definitely be back!

We look forward to the beach each summer. Our whole family comes and we spend a week of heaven at the beach! This rental is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of room for all of us and if you want to sleep in it is plenty quiet. Or Vice Versa if you want to stay up late and someone doesn't, it is great.

As always my family enjoyed our stay at Oceanside, but I felt the home's kitchen was not well stocked for entertaining. We like to have close friends over for dinner and there was only one pot to cook in, and very few serving dishes. The location was kinda weird because it is the first house that does not have the street in front of it, but you get a lot of traffic in front of your house so you don't feel like you own that part of the beach. The house is very narrow and althought the view is breathtaking, you are on the first floor so you have more limited visability. You have nicer views with a house that has a wider profile and has a second floor included. It gave us a slight closed in feel. None of the bedrooms have any view other than the house next door (5 feet away).

House was fabulous & roomy for our big crowd, but patio was small and was taken up almost entirely by big spa that was kept too hot by management, so sitting area outside was very limited. Also you have to climb down rocks to get to the beach, and we had a few scrapes & cuts for this effort. Unfortunate, however the house & view were again- fabulous.
