Amazing 5 bedroom vacation home sitting on the ocean! This is the top unit of a two-unit villa. This two-story (three including the top balcony) rental has a full kitchen with granite counters, travertine floors, a rooftop deck with patio furniture and a barbecue, and a balcony with a private spa! The living room, kitchen, and dining all look out the the ocean. There is a 2 car tandem garage and 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! You need to change check in and check out times. For $1000 a nite, you don't have very long to enjoy your stay. The bbq should come w/ charcoal or change to propane is even better. There should be a trash can filled w/ charcoal. We had a blast and there are several people that would like to do it again, same place...

Very satisfied with this rental - it exceeded my expectations. Clean, top quality furnishings, spacious & beautiful location. Also was close to a very nice public beach & the pier. One thing I would put on a wish list is a garbage disposal & a larger GAS BBQ. Loved the unit & would stay again.

Awesome Place, Unit(s) were in wonderful condition, well stocked, very spacious and well kept, we had 26 people and all were able to spread out and have a great time and was a great location on the ocean.

Fantastic property with room for our family of 15. The location was spectacular. The property management staff were very responsive to all our requests for extra seating,etc. The recommended photographer for our family picture was great. Many wonderful memories of our time together

The unit is spectacular. The window seats facing the ocean are a great spot to lounge in when you're inside. Having the rooftop patio is a fabulous feature. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We loved it.

We had a very relaxing weekend at the beach house. We loved sitting on the window seats watching the waves and the surfers. It was wonderful to be able to hear the waves crashing.

The location and the property was very conducive for quality time.
Service was great. Everything I read about the property was accurate. Face to
face interaction was not needed.
The house was in great condition and clean upon our arrival.
Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed the days we spent at the beach house.
I don't think we would do it again... For the amount we spent on the
Beachfront rental I could have stayed in a Presidential Suite at a luxury resort-
no laundry, no cooking, no cleaning... plus butler service. The biggest
downside is the cost vs what it's actually worth compared to a full service
hotel. I didn't go on vacation to cook and clean- I don't even do that at home...
That's what a housekeeper is for. Preparing for the trip was a job in itself.
We liked the feel of home in a different setting. The memories have been
captured on film and my kids were very happy to experience it. That is the
only thing that made all the planning worth while.

Technically, I believe that this beach rental is a "condo", but I would classify it as a very comfortable beach "home". Lots of room. This was our second stay at this property and we'll return again and again. With 12 people staying for the week, this place is so spacious that you never feel crowded. There are three floors, with a gorgeous deck on the second floor. 815A sits on top of 815B, so you are at a higher elavation for a much better view of the beach coast. This home is solid, so you don't hear alot of noise; just the ocean waves at night when you're sleeping. We absolutely LOVE this place and highly recommend it. We split the week's rent between 5 couples, which makes it extremely affordable. It has all the amenities - you won't want to leave! :)

Words can't describe the beautiful view. We felt as if we were floating on the ocean. The sunsets were gorgous, the walks on the beach so relaxing. We shared this condo with 2 other couples and we felt like we were in a castle. Loved the kitchen, loved each having a private bath, loved sitting on the deck in the morning having coffee. Coming from 30 degree weather to 59 felt heavenly. Most of all LOVED hearing the ocean! We all agreed to come back next year we had the best time! Thank you sooooo much! KMH

We spent a wonderfully relaxing Christmas week in this oceanfront rental and loved every minute. The unit was the cleanest, most organized, fully stocked private rental our family has ever stayed at. And then the view?it was spectacular! We never left; there was no need to. I highly recommend Beachfront Only properties. We will defiantly be back!

I started to look around and found the place beyond my expectations. It was fabulous! We were having trouble with parking the cars but when I called to ask for help I got it right away. Everybody that came to stay with us had a wonderful time. They loved the location, the bedrooms were spectacular and the kitchen was really easy to find everything we needed to cook and party. Thank you for a great and memorable vacation.
