Views of the Pacific Ocean do not get better than this! Enjoy the views all day long in the gorgeous kitchen with granite counters and top of the line appliances or on the rooftop deck. All your bakeware, cookware, and linens are included. There is a 2 car tandem garage and 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! We have stayed at numerous places along the beach in Oceanside, This place was great plenty of room for the 14 we brought. comfy beds wonderful kitchen. buttttt, we could not have a fire which we are used to having each evening and the huge rocks in front of the unti were to big to even climb over if you weren't really careful. The tide would come in and you couldn't sit in front of your unit you would have to go down the beach away where there is more beach. other than that it was wonderful!

Beautiful property with million dollar view every minute. We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen and dining while looking and listening to the ocean. we all opened our windows every night and slept like babes. The flatscreen tv went out at 10:am and the staff had a brand new one in by 11:30(great job). We enjoyed all of the beach activities including dolphin watching and walking up and down the beach while our kids explored. We will be back soon. The staff did a great job describing all available properties to fit our needs. Thanks see you soon!!!

home for 3 nights. We had such a wonderful time.
The house was beautiful with ocean view, elegant
decor and provided all the comfort you needed. We
definitely gonna come back. Highly recommended for a

Curtains in dining room are falling out of their hooks - we re-clipped falling living room curtain. Light colored spots on living room rug. Old cigarette burn in couch seat cushion. Oven kept turning off during cooking & front right stove burner didn't light completely.

The unit itself was great, but wasn't made aware that a commuter train would be running early in the morning blowing it's horn. Also, the beach in front was not readily available until the tide went away. Better, bigger beach locations were located to the right or left of us with better access. The unit itself was very nice big enough for a crowd in the kitchen and great room. Bedrooms were big enough for sleeping but not enough furniture to unpack. Linens were very nice. The view from the family room windows and decks were magnificent! Laundry equipment was terrific, except one had to be very tall to reach the dryers in the garage.

We have rented vacation properties all over the world and found this to be a five star experience in every regard. The staff was excellent, the home was tastefully decorated, immaculately clean and well appointed. I appreciated the quality mattresses & linens, well equipped kitchen, spices, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, toilet tissue . . . all the little things that should be included, but often aren't with a rental in this price range. The beach is perfect. We can't wait to return. :)

We had a great time at the beach house and we were quite pleased with the quality of the furnishings and would recommend Beachfront Only to our friends.
Here are the things that we disliked about 823A vs. 813A.
1) There is no outside shower outside for 823A's use unless you walk all the way around through the dirt and sand, which defeats the purpose. There was an outside shower available at the bottom of the steps for 813 and 815 to share and that is very nice and needed I think.
2) The design if 813A with more twin window seats/ beds was nice there are only the 2 in the living room on 823A and I think when you have little kids this is a perfect option especially when the small kids may want to sleep in the same room as the parents.
3) The refrigerator is too shallow, when you have that many people staying for 7 days it does not allow for much food in the refrigerator and if you have several families staying together not everyone likes the same things so it makes it hard to accommodate everyone's food needs and some things just do not do well in a cooler with ice. My suggestion would be maybe supplying a larger refrigerator
4) The grill, this was actually a problem in 813 also, is not big enough, again when you have that many people if you want to grill your food outside it takes quite awhile to do so beings the fact the grill is extremely small. We have a bigger grill at home and we have 4 people in our family.
Like I said we had a great time and depending on what kind of offers are thrown our way we may book again for next year but these are all things I hope you consider on future builds or even updating current units.

Let me start by saying this was a beautiful home. We had such a great time and will definitely be coming back. Our only issue with the property was that the refrigerator, as beautiful and new as it was, did not work properly. The maitenance person (I forget his name) was very sweet. He borrowed a refrigertaor from a unit next door and put it in the garage.
I wish that the management company would have compensated us for the trouble with the refrigerator because we did have to throw away food and wait foooorrreeeever for the beverages to get cold.
I recommend that if you want cold beverages when you get to the house.. bring a cooler with some ice. Otherwise, your beer, sodas, milk,etc.... will take a full 24 hours to chill. -

We wanted a weekend away to relax on the ocean and play golf. This home was perfect for our needs. Sleeping accommodations provided each person privacy and the Living/Kitchen/Dining areas were spacious enough for us all to come together for meals. We loved the roof top balconies and probably spent as much time on the balconies as we did inside the home.
This was our first time to rent a vacation home on the beach. This was such a lovely experience that we will do this again.
