Rates are based on double occupancy. One child under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bed.
Reservation Deposit :-30% of booking amount and the balance to be paid 30 days before arrival date.
Cancellation Policy :- Bookings cancelled by the guest up to 2 months before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day. Absolutely no refund for early checkout
Group Bookings:- we have 3 identical 1-bedroom apartments on different floors within the same complex to accommodate a larger group of up to 12 persons.

Was fun, the location was great with the shopping strip very close (walking distance). The view was amazing. Everything was close by. Nice place, clean and good service. Would suggest to anyone who wants to enjoy being quiet in a nice surroundings with great accomodations. Love it!!!

Enjoyed my stay, It is good place, Easy access to beach and huge size of swimming pool.
All the food joints at a walking distance.
It is in the heart of the town, so easy access to the shopping malls etc.
