ParadiseJamaicaVillas.Com presents this delightful 8 bedroom Villa located in Ocho Rio with great ocean views and a small private beach. The property is neatly nestled on 2 acres of beautiful well maintained gardens. The Villa is affordable and offers comfortable accommodation.

Features the main house which has 2 bedrooms, the Chalet suite also has 2 bedrooms, and the Island suite with three bedrooms. 5 bedrooms can either be set up as king beds or split into 2 twin beds at guests requests, 2 bedrooms have a double bed with a sofa for 1 person.

During your stay you will have continued access to a full staff team your own cook, housekeeper, gardener/pool man and general manager. The Villa is well positioned right by the sea and offers the best snorkelling reefs in Ocho Rios. The Villa is just two minutes drive away from the main Reggae Beach, a secluded natural beach for your enjoyment.

PARADISE 8 BEDROOM PRIVATE BEACHFRONT VILLA is also located in close proximity to Harmony Hall, a landmark of Jamaican architecture that houses a fine Italian Restaurant and an Art Gallery Within 10 minutes of the Resort, you can enjoy golfing at the Sandals Golf Course, one of the oldest in the Western Hemisphere or you could visit a working plantation and the famous Dunn's river Falls.Another great and enjoyable feature is the relaxing River Rafting activity on White River.

This is a perfect venue for large weddings as there is a romantic gazebo located at the waterfront. Many weddings have taken place at this romantic venue. In addition to the gazebo, there is a great bar for serving guests drinks, large enough to seat 20 people. This is the perfect venue for small well managed corporate retreats, weddings, birthday celebrations….right on the waters edge.

Ocho Rios town is only 5 minutes drive away from the property which is also within easy access to all the local art and craft markets, restaurants, major hotels and water sports. The famous Dunns River waterfalls, Dolphin Cove and the new shopping experience at Island Village shopping mall for your duty free shopping, souvenirs and local foods are all at your disposal along with the exciting Jimmy Buffets at Margarittaville.
