Villa Viento is a wonderful property which located on 2 acres of green grassy lawn. It is tucked away into a lovely corner enjoying its own waterfront and ocean seaviews all to its self. Our resort offers most appealing accommodation, fully staffed with your own cook, housekeeper, gardener/poolperson, and manager at affordable prices. Guest settle in very quickly to this very comfortable and friendly resort. There is lots to do so you will never be bored. Villa Viento is right on the sea. Our waterfront boasts one of the best snorkeling reefs in the Ocho Rios area. Two minutes or a short swim away is Reggae Beach, a secluded beach for your en...joyment. Right across from Villa Viento is Harmony Hall, a landmark of Jamaican architecture that houses a fine Italian Restaurant and an Art Gallery Within 10 minutes of the Resort you can enjoy golfing at the Sandals Golf Course, one of the oldest in the Western Hemisphere, and visit a working plantation and the famous Dunn's river Falls among others. You can enjoy one of the most relaxing pastimes RIVER RAFTING on the White River. This is a perfect venue for large weddings as there is a romantic gazebo located at the waterfront. Many weddings have taken place at this romantic venue. In addition to the gazebo, there is a great bar for serving guests drinks, large enough to seat 20 people. This is the perfect venue for small corporate retreats, weddings, birthday celebrations….right at the waters edge. Enjoy the 7 bedrooms at Villa Viento. Villa Viento is composed of the Main house which has 2 bedrooms, the Chalet suite which also has 2 bedrooms, and the Island suite with three bedrooms. 5 bedrooms can either be set up as king beds or split into 2 twin beds at guests requests, 2 bedrooms have a double bed with a sofa for 1 person. Ocho Rios is only 5 minutes drive, and you are within easy access to all the local art and craft markets, restaurants, major hotels, watersports, the famous Dunns River waterfalls, Dolphin Cove for swimming with the dolphin experience, and the new shopping experience at Island Village shopping mall for your duty free items, souveniers, local foods and the exciting Jimmy Buffets Margarittaville.

Nearest beach is Reggae Beach, just a 2 minute drive away. You have to pay about $4 to get in as an entry fee, and it is well worth it!!!

Rental Notes:

Rates were reduced dramatically for Villa Viento for stays of a week or more. If you are staying 7 nights or less:

For a stay less than one week is US $ 125.00 per bedroom per night= US$ 875.00 for 7 bedrooms and, you want the 8th, as it is smaller US $ 100.00 per night = US$ 975.00 per night for the whole villa, plus the usual wedding venue, fee.

If you take 5 bedrooms, the rate would be $125/nt x 5 bedrooms x # of nights you stay at Villa Viento. Minimum stay 3 nights.

Wedding Fees: 100 guests and more is $1,000 100 to 50 guests is $500 Under 50 guests is $15 per person

  We have stayed at Villa Viento on a number of occasions over the past few years. My wife & I stay in the main house and some of the family stay in the additional rooms adjacent . Tony is a great cook and Joseph always has the property/grounds in immaculate shape. It is just far enough out of Ocho Rios to be away from the hustle & bustle of the city, yet just a 10 min drive to go into town to shop. Or to go to Dunns Falls, Dolphin Cove, Margaritaville, restaurants, or my wife's favorite---the jewelery store.
