Villa Paradiso , newly constructed in 2006, is situated on a spectacular 150 foot, white sand beach in Mammee Bay Estates. Surrounded by 1.75 acres of lush tropical gardens and lawns the villa comprises a large main house with 5 bedrooms and a separate 2 bedroom cottage. This spectacular villa is only 10 minutes from Ocho Rios and its attractions, Dunn's River Falls and Dolphin Cove.Main House All bedrooms in the Main House are air conditioned with ceiling fans, large closets, hardwood floors and en suite baths.

Hi Alan and Reg,
I sent an e-mail to Latoya shortly after we returned from Villa Paradiso - didn't realize that you were not in the same office.
We all (12 of us) had a wonderful time at Villa Paradiso. The villa is absolutely beautiful , spacious and the spot directly on the beach couldn't be better. Every aspect of our stay there was fantastic. I can't say enough about the staff. Ronnie at our beck and call whenever we wanted to go somewhere; Leila did a fabulous job filling us up at every meal and was so receptive to fixing whatever we asked for, and always had a smile for us; the boys (Jeremy and Michael) always serving us with a smile and running drinks out to us at the pool; Judith doing our laundry EVERY day and cleaning and making up our rooms; and Antonette making sure everything ran smoothly, running to the grocery store and fruit and veggie market with us and making arrangements for all of our fun activities - swimming with the dolphins at Dolphin Cove, climbing Dunns River Falls, etc. We didn't see much of Lynch but he made sure everything was locked up and secure every night. Everything SunVillas promised was there and more. Villa Paradiso is definitely a little piece of paradise and we all loved it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
