SEVEN SEAS is a premier deluxe waterfront property in Mammee Bay, Ocho Rios. This newly renovated, 5,000 sq. ft. villa is the perfect luxury getaway for close friends (up to 4 couples) or ultimate family retreat (8 adults and 2 additional cots for children, accommodating 10 guests in total).

SEVEN SEAS is centrally located on the north coast of Jamaica in Mammee Bay on three acres of beautifully landscaped tropical grounds with lush lawns and over 200 coconut palms and assorted fruit trees all are directly on the ocean. In a private gated... community, Mammee Bay Estates is just beyond St. Anns Bay in St. Anns Parish offering guests access to over 350 ft of beautiful, white, sandy beach.

SEVEN SEAS offers numerous indoor entertaining and lounging areas all with 8' Jatoba doors (hurricane proof) with views of the pool and ocean: the Great Room has a beautiful sectional sofa, chaise and chairs to relax on after a day of activities (sightseeing , snorkeling or just laying by the pool), the Formal Dining room has a one of a kind tamarind wood dining table which can seat 12, plus a beautiful spacious stone Wet Bar with granite countertops and a sitting area.

As beautiful and comfortable as the interior of SEVEN SEAS are everyone knows that people come to Jamaica to be outside enjoying the sun, wadding in the water and daydreaming out at the Caribbean Sea. In addition to the alabaster sand beach directly at the edge of the villas property, SEVEN SEAS has a large heated, fresh water pool with diving board and slide. Attached to the pool is a rock waterfall jacuzzi all with accented night lighting.

If you are interested in water sports, just a 9 minute walk down the beach is the Riu Hotel where you can rent everything from kayaks to scuba gear. If golf is your thing, there are several golf courses located less than 30 minutes away.

SEVEN SEAS also has it's own private, night lit tennis court (racquets and balls provided) plus Neal, an excellent pro and instructor is close by to hit with or for lessons for various rates (he is great with children as well).

Bedrooms: 4 A/C bedrooms all with A/C, ceiling fan and en suite bathrooms plus a daybed and additional cots for children.

Each bedroom has custom made closet systems which includes a safe to lock up your valuables and important documents.

Bedroom 1, wheelchair accessible, custom Jamaican made, mahogany four poster king size bed(perfect for a romantic retreat or midday nap), full en-suite bathroom. Elegant chaise loungers and rattan desk area with chair add to the island feeling.

Bedroom 2, is adjoining and can be used for families with children. Two twin beds that can convert to a king, custom made wall units with closets and desk area. An additional day bed with storage area is available. Full en-suite bathroom deluxe bath tub with shower components.

Bedroom 3, king size bed with beautiful tailored linen headboard, full en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4, wheelchair accessible, custom Jamaican made, mahogany four poster king size bed(perfect for a romantic retreat or midday nap), full en-suite bathroom. Elegant chaise loungers and rattan desk area with chair add to the island feeling.

Extra cots are available. A crib, play pack, with crib bedding is also available upon request.

The villa can sleep a maximum of 8 adults and two extra children.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: A deposit in the amount of 40% of rental will Secure your RE-confirmed reservation.
Balancei s due at least 60 days prior to arrival, no refunds are made at this time. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival, 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from deposit.

A NON-deposited, refundable damage deposit is also required against damage to the villa or contents during your stay. This is due with your balance and will be refunded at end of your stay if no damages occured.
