Afiba View "Sea view Retreat" is a Self contained 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Oceanfront Villa. It has it's own Private Shallow Cove Beach with a separate pier perfect for swimming, fishing and snorkeling. You can hear the soothing sounds of the Waves right from your Holiday Home. The constant Sea Breeze is cooling and the view is spectacular!

Walking distance from Afiba View is Harmony Hall, a land mark of Jamaican Architecture that houses a fine Italian Restaurant & a Art Gallery, a further 5 minutes walk is Reggae Beach that boast crystal clear waters and white sands, there they offer motorized sports and para sailing. Ten minutes drive from the Villa you can enjoy golfing at the Sandals Golf Course, one of the oldest Western Hempshire, visit the famous Dunn's River Falls, swim with the Dolphin's at Dolphin Cove or relax and unwind at White River Rafting. When looking online at places it's hard to decipher if your getting what's photographed or if your being sold a dream. At afiba View by the Sea dreams do come true. It's all a reality. This property is gorgeous. If only for the view it's worth it. At nights I would leave all the doors open and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing against the cliffs. I ate every meal while on the property on the extensive veranda. Sade made the accommodations truly feel like a home away from home. She was really resourceful giving suggestions on where to find what you were looking for whether its food, music, a bar, a spa she was a great resource.
It's close to everything. What's not walking distance for me was just a $1 cab away. I didn't need aC which is available. Each room has a fan. The fan combined with the ocean breeze was enough. There is Wifi, cable, & a radio.
The pier is unbelievable, when the waters are calm it's great for swimming, relaxing, tanning what ever you enjoy. This will be one of the most memorable birthdays yet. I come to Jamaica annually because I consider it paradise. This was my first experience staying at a Villa. Once you mix Paradise(Jamaica) with a dream (Afiba) you smile all year long and count the days until your return. My family & I plan to return and rent the entire villa. Can't wait to enjoy the sun deck she is building. Happy Birthday to me!! I can't say Thank you enjoy Sade for your hospitality and for being a great host.

The condo is well worth the price. Upon arrival at the airport Sade was there waiting for us. She was very informative on the drive to the condo and stopped so we could get groceries. Even helped us exchange our money! The condo is very spacious and had an amazing ocean view. It is outside of town but if you get hooked up with a good driver (Mello) like we did its not a problem. We were hoping there would have been more restaurants or activities within walking distance. I hope we can make it back to Jamaica someday!

House was very nice. Nice private dock with snorkling. Great location, $1 cab ride to get downtown. Beaches very close. Sade was available to help whenever needed. Lloyd drove us around and gave us private tours.

We were there with our three teenagers that all had different agendas and it worked great at afiba View! The boys could snorkle right under the back balcony and our daughter could float in the pool that was completely enclosed and we felt totally safe. Sade arranged to have a chef come in and cook a lunch and dinner one day, which we would highly recommend and wish we arranged multiple days! During the five days of our stay, there was no one renting the apartment upstairs (so the shared pool was all ours), but this could be a great villa combo for multiple families/friends to rent together. The views and sounds of waves crashing on the rocks were just spectacular. We rented a car and drove the short distance to the beaches (Reggae and James Bond) and local resturants/markets and into Ocho Rios where you could shop in the more touristy cruise ship port area or mix with the locals downtown a few blocks away. Everyone was super nice, but our host Sade was just the best!

Our family, 2 adults and 2 kids enjoyed our time at afibaview. The views are as spectacular as they look in pictures. We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the sea. The kids also enjoyed the pool. The location is good if you want to be a bit away from all the tourist stuff, but still want to be able to do them when you want. Kitchen has all the basics so you can cook for yourself if you want. Fresh fish available nearby, roadside.

If your holiday needs a beautiful view and relaxation then afiba View is perfect for you! The owner is local and available to assist you with any need or problem. The views are simply amazing & the pool is completely private! Ocho Rios is a few minutes west by car. If you stop in Ocho Rios on your journey from the airport for groceries you wont even have to leave afiba View! Be sure and walk West a few doors and visit Irie Ceramics! Home of Dalbert & Rose Marie! The best ceramics you will find on the island!

My recent stay at afiba View Villa was everything I wanted and expected. The villa provided me with a peaceful hideaway. Sade and her staff were wonderful. The grounds were immaculately maintained. The villa provided all the comforts of home. But what was truely relaxing was the view. Wow ! From every part of the villa was the view of the blue Caribbean sea. To go to sleep and wake up to the lulling sounds of the water on the reef outside my door was so relaxing. I enjoyed being able to lay in bed and watch the water. The villa is located so close to everything you need, shoppping, restaurants, fresh fruit stands and bars. Also close to Ocho Rios with many activities such as Dunn's River Falls and Mystic Mountain. Would I stay here again? Yes... see you soon Sade!

This was my first experience staying at a villa and it surpassed my standards by far!!! It's perfectly tucked away from noise and distractions yet a hop, skip and a jump from local restaurants, bars and a grocery store. Also, it's literally a stone's throw from downtown Ochi, many beautiful beaches and great night clubs. The grounds are well maintained and being right on the water was calming and refreshing. It's safe and kid friendly, clean, spacious and I felt right at home from the very first day. The owner, Sade, is very friendly and informative and I would recommend afiba View to groups of friends, families and to couples for a romantic escape from the world. This villa was exactly what I needed and I will definitely return in the near future.

The two weeks I spent at afiba View was both relaxing and exhilarating. The property is well maintained both the manager and staff where very accommodating. The location is close to Ocho Rios and other attractions such as White River and Reggae beach. The villa is right on the main road so access was easy whether you drive or take a taxi. The property itself is situated right on the ocean there is always the refreshing breeze and constant soothing sound of the waves. The view is priceless you can't help but feel peace and tranquility when starring out at the panoramic view of the ocean as it leads out to the horizon. There are coral reefs for those that enjoy snorkeling or scuba diving. The property manager and staff where very accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet, relaxing and the people were friendly I would definitely go back.
