South by Southwest is a fully equipped 3BR/3Bath vacation getaway that offers an uncluttered and open feel while also offering privacy when desired. Located within biking and walking distance to everything, each bedroom has a queen bed, TV/DVD, and its own deck. The Great Room has a 55" HDTV next to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with plenty of room to work. The large 25' by 10' screened in porch provides the perfect area for social gathering anytime. The two zone central AC allows comfort adjustments for upstairs and down.
