To reach Odeceixe coming from Faro or anywhere in Algarve, you should take the Algarve Highway (A22) till it's West end (past Lagos) and then take the N120 road north until Odeceixe.From Lisbon or anywhere in the North take the A2 Highway and exit in Grândola, then take the N120 road (Lisbon-Sagres) till you reach Odeceixe.

-Friendly, excellent welcome from owners
-Beautiful terraced cottage in the quiet coastal town of Odeceixe, away from the crowds of the algarve, with the beauty and excitement of the atlantic surfing coast only a few minutes away and the authenticity of a charming villgae on your doorstep
-Well appointed accommodation, ideal for a family of 4, stylishly yet simple and practical layout, with high spec fixtures, fittings, and furnnishings. Well equipped kitchen with both indoor and outdoor seating/dining areas. Lovely surprise roof top terrace for sun bathing, reading, dining al fresco or star watching.
-We have visited Odeceixe a number of times since our children were toddlers. They are now 12, and 9. We think that this part of the coast is ideal for family beach holidays, especially in early summer. The beaches are second to none, with great surfing and body boarding opportunities for those who want to do it just for fun, and also for the more serious surfing types. Great food can also be found from the markets,for those who want to self cater, but there are some great restuarents serving both tradtional and contemporary Portuguese dishes in Odeceixe and surrounding towns and villages. Our favourite: the beach restaurant at arrifana!
-The owners of the property were particularly thoughtful, leaving a complimentary welcome hamper, with wine, fruit etc, and even a simcard for your phone.
-Our favourite things: the beaches and bodyboarding, especially arrifana, the river and beach at Odeceixe for fishing, paddling, the fresh fish at the beach restuatant at arrifana, the simplicity of Odeceixe town, the authentic bars and cafes, the views and vistas, the practical layout and easy to clean design of the cottage, the central kitchen/dining bar, ideal for family chats, the many running/walking tracks accessed from the front door! -

I think we were very lucky to stay in the valley house, as we made the first contact just a week before we traveled. Anyway, it was just perfect, the house is beautiful, all so comfortable, the terrace was my favorite! We loved Odeceixe so much, also because of the valley house. Thanks !

We went for a month-long Portugal discover and finished in the beautiful southwestern coast. This was by far the best house we rent all month. Very comfortable and modern but with a lovely rustic touch. Paradise beach of Odeceixe nearby, and walking distance to the village center. Highly recommended.

We had seen some photos of the house, but still it was such a good surprise when we arrived. The house is indeed brand new and attention to detail in everything is obvious. We took breakfast in the terrace every morning and cooked most of the meals in that lovely kitchen.We had the chance to meet Pedro, the owner and also thanked him personally for the stay and for the surprise welcome basket.Such a nice guy, as all the friendly people from the village. The house is a minute away from the center and the beaches in the region are all stunning! Will return as soon as possible.
