Years ago, pumice-stone miners discovered caves on the Caldera side of Oia on the Greek island of Santorini which archaeologists identified as ancient housings and lodgings. Some of these cave dwellings were transformed into ARIS CAVES a small and intimate resort with 6 independent traditional lodgings.

Spread over 4 levels are 6 self-catering, fully equipped and separate studios, apartments and a suite, each with kitchenette, shower/toilet, air conditioning, internet and its own terrace. The large terrace in the center of ARIS CAVES is open to all guests and offers probably one of the best views in Oia.

PAT�RI is a generous, spa...cious suite for up to 5 people with 560 sq.ft. and a furnished patio with 300 sq.ft. A roomy living-/dining room with a wooden gallery with a queen size bed, lower living level with a bricked sofa which can be used as a bed is coupled with a separate bedroom with an iron queen size double bed. Kitchenette in the living-/dining room, separate shower/toilet. The bedroom has access to a secluded private, furnished terrace with 90 sq ft.

ARIS CAVES is situated barely a 100 yards from the village center, close to all attractions of Oia and in short walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, bakery, busterminal and free public parking, and nestles like an eagle nest on the cliff side of the island, tranquil and ideal to relax, to dream and to enjoy the breathtaking view over the Santorini Caldera, the volcano Nea Kameni, the island Thirasia and the deep blue Aegean Sea.

Prices are for 3 people per night including all taxes.
Day Use Cost after check out time: 50% of the room rate.
Check-In from 2:00 pm., Check-Out until 12:00 am

To confirm your reservation at Aris Caves we require a 50% down payment of the total room charge. You can either transfer free of charges the corresponding amount via your bank – in such case we will inform you of our bank details with our booking confirmation in time, or we debit your Master- or Visa Card, or we issue a PayPal invoice (down payment plus 2,9% PayPal charges) and you action payment through PayPal. For the balance payment we gladly accept cash, Master- or Visa Card at the end of your stay.

No cancellation fee is charged and the deposit will be returned if booking is cancelled more than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival. If cancelled less than 21 days before arrival 30%, less than 14 days before arrival 50% and less than 7 days before arrival and in case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date 100% of total stay will be charged.

Due to the cliff side location of the property and low perimeter walls, we recommend children to be at least 8 years of age. Due to own cats and a dog are pets not recommended.
