'Oia Sunset Villa' is located in the north of Santorini island in the traditional settlement of Oia (Ia) village.
This elegant house comes highly recommended and features well appointed accommodation. It was built in 2008 and is finished to a high standard and is traditionally designed throughout with much attention to detail.
Outside there is a yard with a BBQ dining area for 8 persons to enjoy alfresco dining, a heated hydromassage (for 5 persons), which combined with the perfect sea view will keep you there the whole day.

PAYMENT TERMS: 25% deposit by Bank Transfer at the time of booking is essential. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days maximum. Deposits are non-refundable and balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Non-show or check-out before agreed date will result in the full amount to be charged. Cancellation 4-6 weeks 50% of rate refunded,2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded, Less than 2 weeks no refund. Prices include all taxes. Maid service, linen and towels change, every fourth day, are included at the price. As well we'll provide a complimentary hamper which contains: a bottle of wine, mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar and milk.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa 2 MarcosKasserakis in Oia. site (beautiful sunsets), the location, quiet and easy to access and very good home of Marcos and his wife Rebecca. We highly recommend "Oia Sunset Villa” to friends and families, because we are sure that you won't find a rental this impressive and so reasonably priced, anywhere in Santorini. We will definitely and gladly return back, but we hope that next time we'll stay longer.

My family and I rented this villa in July 2011 and we all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful rental. It was in a perfect location and the decoration was excellent. The owner of the villa was very kind and was willing to assist us with our different enquiries. I booked 3 days in this villa (7 days on another villa with the samw owner), and had a fantastic experience. I traveled with my wife and two young children. The villa had plenty of room and a fully functioning kitchen, which made breakfasts easy.
The villa is located close to several markets, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, but far enough from town to enjoy total privacy.
During the days, we rented a jeep and explored the island. After a full day of activities, my wife and I enjoyed some local wine and watched the sunsets, while the kids swam in the jacuzzi. It was a truly amazing vacation.
The owners, Marcus and Natasha, were very helpful and accomodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation.

We spent some days in Santorini, in one of the best villas we have ever encountered. The photos serve as an injustice to the real quality of this rental. In addition, the price was very reasonable, compared to the rental of other villas in the area. "Oia Sunset Villa” came highly recommended from one of our friends and certainly lived up to its reputation. The villa was very comfortable, excellent decorated, clean and spacious. We found everything we needed. A beautiful outdoor hydro massage spa, a garden and a private dinner area in front of the sunset view was the hot point of our holidays. We highly recommend "Oia Sunset Villa” and looking forward to our return trip!!

We have just returned from a week break in Santorini, where we stayed at the "Oia Sunset Villa”.
Everything was just perfect. You really feel like at home. Very clean and specious villa, with decor of high standard, fully equipped with everything that we needed.
The location is ideal. We spend extremely pleasant days, just lazing around at the villa, with a fabulous heated hydro massage spa,
a private terrace with BBQ and outside dining area, and of course with spectacular views of sunset. The owners are excellent hosts: we arrive as a guest,
but we leave as a friend. Recommend this place for anybody that is looking for a nice home away from home, for a relaxing, quiet and unforgettable experience.

It was an excellent idea and a great fortune for us to choose, live and accommodate in Oia Sunset Villa! We had one of our best vacations until now. At this place we found an incredibly stylish environment. The villa was absolutely gorgeous, the view was stunning and we enjoyed the hydro massage spa, more than you can imagine. Your home is beautiful and we loved the location. We walked to ammoudi Bay and even took a sailing trip from there around the island. We enjoyed exploring Oia, especially in the early morning and late afternoon and evening, when the crowds were minimal. Thank you for your map and exploration ideas. We rented a car and saw much of the island. Oia is the best! We enjoyed relaxing and eating our meals on your beautiful front porch, while we watched the sunset. The view was amazing and the weather was perfect.

"Swinging Sunset Villa” is a magical place. The décor is elegant, classy and comfortable at the same time. The owners, Marcos & Natasha, put a lot of thought & love into decorating this beautiful home. My husband and I cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and ate out on the deck watching the Santorini sunsets.
The view is amazing, with a clear view of the sea, and the sun sets perfectly in front of the Villa. One evening we chose to join the crowd in the village of Oia to see the sunset. It was a fun experience, but it didn't compare to the romantic experience of watching the sun set in the intimate, private setting from our Villa's garden patio. The Jacuzzi was an awesome place to relax and enjoy the magnificent view.
It was our home in Oia - just 5 minutes away from the busy tourist village area, and yet we were blessed to have the privacy and quiet location away from the crowds. Beautiful Katharos beach is also just 5 minutes away. This beach doesn't have a lot of tourist, so it was nice & quiet. We enjoyed lying out in the sun and jumping in the sea to cool off.
The owners, Marcos & Natasha, made sure we were well taken care of.
If you are looking for a romantic, quiet and peaceful stay on Santorini, we highly recommend Marcos and Natasha's "Swinging Sunset Villa”, a sweet and beautiful home. We feel blessed that we found this magical place.
