YOUR "HOME" IN THE HEART OF OIA
As you gaze at the deep blue waters of the Caldera you feel the calm breeze touch your heart and soul in a unique way. You certainly get a bird's eye feeling over watching the cruise boats as they sneak from the cape and follow the sun all the way from sunrise to sunset.
Unlike most cave houses in Santorini, once you enter the Blue & White House you are surprised by the soaring heights of the curved ceiling. Spacey, roomy, well-lit, the house maintains a constant temperature throughout the year, providing a refreshing, cool welcome after a long day under the demanding Greek sun. Inside, the white color prevails almost everywhere. It will make you feel refreshed, calm and pure. The unique architecture of the cave house meets with art objects and airy furniture to please the senses.
There is one master bedroom with a traditional double bed. There is additionally a small adjacent room to the master bedroom. In the living area there are two traditional style built in twin beds for lounging or for extra guests. The master bedroom is separated from the living area by a doorway and 3 small windows. It also provides a dining table and an extra long sofa for relaxing. There is an indoor tiled bathroom with a shower and a second outdoor bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen faces the beautiful Aegean sea.
Outside, the spacious private terrace provides the stage for unencumbered relaxation staring the amazing landscape of the caldera. Your eyes feast on the view producing numberless private mental postcards.
You will enjoy your breakfast/dinner at the romantic private veranda with panoramic view of the cities of Imerovigli, Firostefani, Fira and “Athinios” port on the edge of the Caldera, the volcano and the islands of Palia and Nea Kammeni.
You are also invited at our SANTORINI PARADISE reception terrace for a glass of wine with meze (on the house) to enjoy the famous Oia's sunset view! see the heart shaped photo a guest shot at our reception terrace!
Private hot tub for 3 persons under a purple & white bougainvillea tree is available 4 minutes walking distance (120 meters) during Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Please, feel free to help yourself to the cold drinks that are in the fridge, just opposite the hot tub. Not available from December 01th to March 05th.
Every now and then, tourists with their cameras in hand, slowly, quietly and respectfully glide down the steps passing in front of the porch of the house as if visiting a church. While they seek vantage points for their picture framing, you can distinguish their admiration for the House when they smile and then turn to ponder the view.
PERFECT LOCATION FOR YOUR HOLIDAY!
The villa is 2 minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants, market, galleries, and 5 minutes from the bus and taxi terminal. It is located in the old city of Oia near the Castle which is the famous "Sunset Point" of Greece! It is also 5 minutes walking distance from the Lounge Cafe Pool Bar called “Lyogerma” and 10 minutes' drive from the three beaches that are near Oia. There are many exotic places to go swimming, sandy or with volcanic rocks, all over the island!
The rates include taxes and:
1) Bottled mineral and sparkling water, wine, juice upon arrival.
2) Breakfast provisions: honey, butter, marmalade, toasts, sugar, milk, cereal, as well as fruits, yoghurt, tea and 3 kinds of coffee, all packaged in portions following the instructions given by the WHO organization and the Greek Government. Enjoy breakfast on your private terrace with an amazing Caldera view.
3) Daily maid service, change sheet, bath and beach towels every three days.
4) Enjoy a relaxing Jacuzzi during day or sunset time, while helping yourself to complimentary traditional Santorini wine, soft drinks and coffee.Our shared outdoor hot tub lies in our SANTORINI PARADISE terrace having the best sunset view (just three minutes away). Our terrace is available for you on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
5) By showing our card, you have discounts or free deserts to many restaurants in Oia and other towns in Santorini! For example you will be offered a bottle of Santorini wine with your meal at the most pictoresque and tasty restaurant of Santorini "AMMOUDI restaurant" in the port of Ammoudi!
