This apartment is on the third floor and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with two bathrooms en-suite and the third as a shared guest bathroom. The bedrooms are all furnished with queen size beds. The large balcony with all glass balcony railing allows for unobstructed beach and ocean views like few other beachfront properties on island. The kitchen features an island for housing the cook top which doubles as a preparation and serving area also for casual dining including four 'bar type' high chairs.

The ample living/dining room and kitchen area also benefit from the ocean views with comfortable sofa seating for 6 or 7 and a complete entertainment area including a large flat screen TV. The balcony has lounge chairs as well as seating and table for meals with an incredible view. There is also dining inside in the living area.

The cabana (one of only four) is located next to the pool and is a valuable convenience for those long days spent by the pool/beach.
