It's like being at home. We enjoyed being there. The bed was comfortable, the wi-fi was working amazingly well, all of the amenities were there for us to use, and the owner was friendly and helpful.

charming. clean. comfortable. spacious. convenient. just perfect. it felt like it was our home! the owners are extremely nice. we were with 2 of our children and our 150 lbs dog and we all loved it. the kitchen is equipped perfectly and we enjoyed cooking some meals. the fireplace added warmth and ambiance. crispy clean linens. ample closet space. just writing it makes me want to go back...!

The cottage was just right for our stay. The location was good - right at the edge of the business district, and the cottage was tucked away behind a wooden fence which gave the sense of being away from it all. It is sometimes hard to find good accommodations for three people, and the cottage worked very well - a fold out couch and a bedroom loft. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Perhaps the best part is the lovely patio, ideal for unwinding with a glass of wine at the end of the day. We did not take advantage of the swimming pool next door but it looked great.

Our family loved staying in the cottage! Whether it was grilling steaks for dinner, or movie nights using the surround sound system, or just lazy outdoor morning breakfasts, we quickly and easily made the cottage our home. Ana and her family are wonderful hosts and provided invaluable Ojai shopping tips and hiking ideas.
And while no one tried out that whirlpool bath, I am happy to report that the awesome loft bed pictured above is even more comfortable than it looks (if you can believe that :-)).
Also, be sure to take a stroll through the orchard... I do believe ana is missing a couple tangerines and a lemon after our delightful stay!
