This comfortable cottage is a Pierpont Revival, recently built to compliment the historically significant
main residence built by Austin Pierpont in 1927. The cottage has one bedroom with Queen-size bed,
large walk-in shower in bathroom, a living area with sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, a Blue Ray player and
wireless internet ready for you to stream from your Net Flicks account. The kitchen is fully equipped; a
wine cooler sits ready to keep your local wine purchases at the perfect serving temperature. An electric
grill is provided on the porch, so you can enjoy an evening relaxing at home and taking in the view.

Had a very comfortable stay in this new eco-friendly guest cottage. Plenty of space, nice amenities and short walking distance to great restaurants. The location is beautiful, right in the middle of a small vineyard, but be advised that it's a working vineyard and workers might be around during the day.

We were the first guests to enjoy this beautifully remodeled cottage. The cottage sits in front of a beautiful working vineyard and provides a magnificent view of the Topa Topa mountain range right outside. The location is convenient to downtown Ojai and is within walking distance.
The house is thoughtfully designed to with "green" amenities; a unique feature is the Chili Pepper water heater that provides instant hot water for the shower. The rest of the cottage was fully equipped and completely comfortable and private. It would be a perfect place for a longer visit or retreat.
