Description

Our property is located right on the beach on the south shore of Lake Ontario in Olcott Beach, New York. We currently have two cottages available, the Beach House cottage and the Lakeview cottage. Both cottages have 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The property is right next to the Olcott Harbor, Pier, and Olcott Yacht Club. The town Marina, with boat launches and guest docking facilities, is right up the street. The Burt Dam, which is an outstanding salmon and trout fishing area, is 2 minutes south of the cottages. Fully furnished and clean cottages. Large party deck with and enclosed tiki bar overlooking the beach and lake is on site and available for use. Walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Perfect getaway for fishing and/or family vacations. Large lawn and beach area with lawn and beach chairs available. BBQ grills and a Bonfire pit on site.

We also live on the property and will be available if needed for questions or concerns. With live on the 2nd floor of the two story Deck House, which we call the Executive Suite and is currently unavailable to rent. The Lakeview cottage is on the ground floor of the Deck House. The two cottages have totally separate and private entrances and private porch areas.

“vacation cottage”

we had a great time at the lake house. watching the ships pass by. to listening to the waves. it's was a very relaxing time. you can't get any closer to the lake with out being on a boat.

How do damage deposits work?
