The quiet residential area of Old Colwyn affords amazing views over Penrhyn Bay and in the distance, the Little Orme. Sea View is a four-bed property that offers light and airy contemporary accommodation of an exceptional...ly high standard including a remarkably well kitted-out kitchen, spacious sitting room with dining area, and a lovely garden and patio.

Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shops, pubs & restaurants 10 mins walk, beach approx. 1 mile (steep hill on way back).

Town: Old Colwyn is an excellent jumping off point for exploring North Wales. This quiet seaside town is situated two miles east of the coastal resort of Colwyn Bay with its selection of restaurants and pubs. Walkers and cyclists will enjoy the wide sweeping promenade that extends all along the bay from Old Colwyn to Penrhyn Bay, the long coastal cycle trail, and three miles of sandy beaches. The picturesque harbour and pier at Rhos-on-Sea; Colwyn Bay; the Welsh Mountain Zoo; the all weather facilities of Eirias Park and some good local golf courses are all within reach of Old Colwyn. Also within reach close by are Llandudno and Conwy, a medieval town with a fascinating 13th century castle. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  This newly refurbished holiday home was an absolute delight, everything possible was done to make our stay as nice as possible. The house has been beautifully furnished and offers great accomodation for 2 families.
  The only problem is the poorly maintained roads leading up to the house, but careful driving avoids the potholes which the local council realy need to get a handle on!
  We would happliy recommend this property for anyone looking for a base to explore North Wales.
